Crowder was not good at all at MLB this year. In fact, lets get rid of Crowder and keep thomas.

You poor misguided soul you. Briggs plays off of Urlacher. Do you really think he would be able to play off of Crowder, who has been unproductive, and lackluster without Thomas? Good lb make mediocre lb's look better. Briggs and Crowder are mediocre LB's.

I disagree, Firstly Briggs is going to cost way too much and half the reason he has success in Chicago is his they run a 4-3 with 4 huge DLmen allowing Briggs to make plays, which is something Miami does not have, and secondly, Crowder has shown me NOTHING that says he could take over Zachs MLB position. If anything he has shown me he cant. In the games this year that he has played in the middle he has not done anything to impress. he needs to stay on the strong side. I dont think Zachs replacement is currently on our roster, he is somewhere in the draft.

Crowder took a big step back this past season.
He played well under Saban. We'll see how he plays under the next HC.

You cant really sum up any Dolphins skills based on last season when the entire team played horrible. Crowder is a keeper, trade thomas and his wheel chair but for draft pick(s)

Crowder did not have a good year. I love the guy bc he is a Gator, but lets face it he really has not become the force we all had hoped he would.

Yep, reports came out that he does not study film, which shows while he is over running every play. I think Crowder comes back, but not in Thomas's role.

lol, who is going to trade for Zach? I love the guy, but he is like 35 and coming off a season on IR. Not exactly stellar criteria for a trade.

also, Thomas has no trade value anymore. he's one concussion away from retirement if not already there. Keep him if he still wants to play and let him retire a Fin. Trading Ronnie Brown is the worst idea I've ever heard.

Save this post ****** RONNIE BROWN WILL BE BETTER THAN McFADDEN HANDS DOWN****** I'll bet my house on it.... BUT the wife comes with it!!!!

Heh heh...not for long NJ, if Crowder doesn't step up he will be moved out or just released.

He is going into his contract year, but if it takes that to make him play well, I really don't think we should keep him around.

I agree... Right now even if we wanted to trade Crowder, he isnt worth anything more than a 5-6th pretty bad when we drafted him in the 3rd.

a bears fan r u nutz.im a mia fan and we need to let the past go.ronnie hasnt proven nothing to me beside he cant play a full season.yeah i no he was leading the league in total yds from scrimmage.but he was getting alot of dump offs.and he doesnt have that top speed that u need in a rb. if it were up to me the only guys i would keep is l.booker,ginn,beck,satele,mauia,j.allen,j.t,carey,w.allen,porter,and ricky only becouse he is so cheap....maybe a few others but thats it

Zach is likely done with the whole concussion thing..., he should leave the game or be willing to face what Bill Romanski deals with every day of this life short-term memory loss... and others ide-effects..., I would hate that for ZT... Leave with your chin held high

You must not have seen the games because this post is just ludicrous... He was top 5 in the league in rushing yards till his injury. I really get a kick oout of these bash ronnie threads because it shows what people really know about the dolphins

These numbers from our offensive MVP mean anything to you? do I have to remind you he still led the team in reception and recieving yards until about week 14?

    23 112 4.9 13 2
    15 134 8.9 60 1
    23 114 5.0 22 1
    19 101 5.3 15 0
17 76 4.5 19 0 (injury game and well on his way to over 100 yards)

    Horrible quote

Trade our 1st to DA, and we get this if we get lucky.

    1. from DA via Cleve.
    Quentin Groves DE

    1. from DA
    Rey Maualuga ILB

    2. Mia
    Calais Campbell DE

    2. from SD
    Chris Williams OT

    2. from DA
    Jonathan Goff ILB

plus we get Bobby Carpenter OLB.

No Briggs, we develope our own. Carpenter still young.

    Front 3

    Groves
    Wright
    Campbell

    LB's

    Carpenter
    Maualuga
    Goff
    Porter

    Crowder is in and out

We trade JT and ZT hate to do it, but we gotta move on. I'd trade Porter too, but his contract is guaranteed.

We're not trading with Dallas, they have absolutely no reason to move up to #1. They don't need a RB, they already have Barber who is a top 5 back. McFadden is an unknown and could very well be the next Reggie Bush (All hype, little game).

    Not happening

there was even talk of them trading Jones which would make even less sense to draft Mcfadden because that would push Barber to start and if they are smart they arent going pay to have 2 starting caliber gamebreaking (* given McFatty will be a gamebreaker) RB's. Ill bet NE ends up taking him

    The thing about Briggs is

He is a Cover-2 WLB, can he fit that 3-4/4-3 thing that you run.

Also Like Cato June, the league knows Cover-2 WLB have inflated numbers, I just do not think you will see as big of a pay day as many people think.

Also How good would he really be without someone like Urlacher in the Middle.

I also do not see him being able to transfer inside either.

    Well away from here
The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of the darkness. For he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is The Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee.

we used to run that two years ago. This past year we ran the "no adjustments" defense and next year we will change and begin the 2 year process of putting together a 3-4 defense.

The Saban Drafts are on track to be as bad as the Wanny Drafts..

Out of 14 picks, we may end up with 4 players (Ronnie Allen and Roth Wright) that is simply a terrible draft ledger.

Zach in 5 games, 52 tackles, 1 sack average 10 tackles a game
Channing in 11 games, 74 tackles, .5 sack average 7 tackles a game

Yeah agreed 100%, and deduct points for Allen taking 2 years to develop, and Roth beginning to underachieve.

So much for Saban knowing his SEC guys... Lol... freakin loser

Ok so you are moving to a 3-4

Hmm now the Bills will be the only team in the AFCE that does not run a 3-4

But either way I am not sure is Briggs fits in a 3-4
