I haven't seen Knocked up yet, but I completely agree with the other two. I don't get the hate for Napolean Dynamite. That movie just kills me, and it definitely keeps getting better the more you see it.
That Ricky Bobby thing was another piece of trash. Anyone who could sit and laugh at that moronic content is indeed in need of a serious life!
I think many of you guys are missing the point of this thread. I mean you may not like a film but it dosen't mean that it's a bad film. I've hated many movies but realize it's just personal preference and has nothing to do with whether it's actually a good film or not. I mean Star Wars? Come on, this should be on no lists as worst movie ever. It's super success on screen and the massive following it has takes it away from any list like this let alone the accomplishments Lucas made in filiming this trilogy and advancing special effects at the time. My god I just saw Wedding Crashers on this list? IMO you've got to look at just flat out bad movies regardless of anyone's taste. Ishtar is one of those. How bout that ridiculous movie forced from American Idol... From Justin to Kelley. I mean talk about a waste of film. How about Howard the Duck. Son of the Mask Blair Witch Project.... someone ran through the woods for an hour and a half with a camcorder for gods sake!
There are so many to choose from... "Xanadu" "Savannah Smiles" "Under the Tuscan Sun" "Cannonball Run II" "Ghost Dad"
you're so dead. i suggest you don't go home tonight or that little pink teddy bear you sleep with, he's dead, too
Uummmm. You might not want to touch the teddybear...at least not with bear-hands (LOL- i am so punny sometimes)..
Damn man you need to see more movies if 'SuperBad' is the worst you've seen in a while. How can you not like McLovin'?
Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest and to a lesser extent At World's End. Just convoluted messes that neglected the qualities of the 1st movie.
I'm with you man. Some people say that Anchorman is the worst movie ever. It baffles my mind how someone can think that.
That is pretty strong, but after watching it, I went back to Blockbuster and demanded my $3 back... Sorry but that was NOT a good movie..not at all..
This post needs to be quoted as it seems to have been ignored. Bad does not just equal didn't like. Hence, my nomination for Battlefield Earth.
"Pulse" -- I went outside and played frisbee with it afterwards and shattered it on the asphalt.... "Premonition"-- F'in horrible...
Still stickin' with "Robin Hood: Men in Tights." It was horrible. Taking parts of every good Mel Brooks movies and mishmashing them into a new setting was ridiculously bad. IMO. I suppose you could throw in "Dungeons and Dragons: The Movie." It was so bad I never even saw it despite being an uber-geek.
I don't understand why so many people hate on Battlefield Earth. I really liked it, but I like Sci-Fi. Planet of the Apes got bad reviews and I thought it that the concept was excellent. The apes looked like apes and they also acted much like apes, instead of masked humans, every aspect of the culture was there, prejudice against humans.
Amen on BE movie, that was one massive pile of ****. Everything about it was just horrible. I got about 3/4ths of the way through it before I couldnt take it anymore. To this day I abjectly refuse to ever see another John Travolta movie, he was that bad in it, and nobody else was even remotely good either. Just a horrible horrible movie, and worst of all, one that supposed to actually be a serious movie and a blockbuster-until people saw it.
