as we all know that Sparano would be hired but i thought it was interesting that he said another 3 or 4 coaches along with him here including fowbles the db coach, linebackers coach. If we can get that linebacker coach to teach Channing anything that he thought Ware, that would be crazy.

I only know that those two mentioned positions for sure that he would bring along, I am not sure about the other two. Possibly it could be the dline coach.

Not gonna happen, Ware is a different type of LB than Crowder.

I also read that Pasqualoni and Bowles could be joining, with Bowles likely to become the DC. Not sure what role Pasqualoni would have with Edwards coming back.

It's hard to teach someone who has very limited mental capacity like Crowder

It's ironic that we did NOT fire Special Teams Asst. Steve Hoffman because Parcells fired him when he was Head Coach of the Cowboys.

Crickey...Florida must hand out Bachelor's degrees in three years just for the heck of it...

Point being, many things can be said about Channing Crowder, lack of smarts is not one of them..lack of dedication/preparedness/motivation etc...

No offense bro, but a coach would have to mettle heavily in the black arts to get Crowder to play anywhere near the level of Ware.

He finished his BA in three yrs at Florida, he is quite bright, maybe so bright that he lacks a focus on football.

Crowder is not that bad guys! He has some rough spots but this was his second year and he improved some.. Lets hope a real coach and scheme will improve that even more!

Could be wrong, as I know Edwards was our LB coach under Saban, but didn't Cameron move him to quality control or something of that nature? Either way, wouldn't Pasqualoni specialize in the OLB position in the 3-4?

True Dat. Crowder IMHO has more opportunity to be part of a solution than being a problem.

Could, the pattern of underperformance from our young players must be rectified or our roster will be cleansed or we will be at Expansion Team levels of Experience and Talent.

Crowder was out of position far too much, as was Jason Allen, Alabi and Toledo have been invisible, and Mormino is just getting started, Derek Hagen may as well be a Rookie still.

It would be nice to have those players become productive for us, that would be refreshing..

It's because Parcells quickly realized how bad a mistake he made when his special teams that he had taken for granted turned to **** the instant Hoffman left.

And regarding Paul Pasqualoni, he coached the tight ends in his first season in Dallas, so his arrival does not necessarily mean the departure of George Edwards.

Doesn't mean that those 2 coaches will retain those 'capacities' with the new coach ...
