I would much rather be a Dolphin fan than a Bear fan. How would you like to go from Super Bowl contenders to mediocrity?

Either way, I still can't find an excuse not to put a paper bag over my head.

I hear ya but you should take it like a true fan. :escape:

It's been tough but things have got to get better. I truly can't say if Cam is the guy to lead us back to respectability. We have got to stick with someone. This revolving door of coaching staff and team members has got to stop!

Atleast they went. And they have won 5 games more then we have. Maybe Ron Rivera had more to do with the D's success then originally thought. I wouldn;t mind bringing him here to find out.

    Back in Miami
    :confused1:

They won a conference championship and at least have a decent core of talent on the team to build upon.

I'd much rather the Phins be in that situation then the one they are in now thankyou.

On another note, I'm not a fan of the fan paper bag deal.
I'm a Dolphin fan period and I'm not embarrassed about my allegiance to them.

I'd much rather be a Dolphin fan than a Patriot fan but that doesn't make our situation any easier. ;/

We are close to be the worst team in the history of the NFL. I would much rather have the Bears record and their superbowl appearance.

My best friend is a Bears fan....so I guess I kinda "follow" them for him, but I am a Phin fan 4 life. And like Coral said, I dont care how bad we do, I am not ashamed of it.

Whatever they do on the coaching front, they need to be prepared to stick with it for a few years. A BIG part of our problems are the frequent change in coaching philosophies.

We still have that 72 Season, 2 Super Bowls, the Best Coach and Quarterback in history, one of the best defenses ever assembled, and no one can ever take that away from us.

I'd rather have the five wins but that's not what I'm talking about. What I mean is that I would rather be bad and stay bad than be a team that reached the pinnacle only to plummet to mediocrity the very next year. When we get back to respectability, I want to stay there for years like we have in the past. No, I don't like where we are but I can understand it based on the overall circumstances surrounding the team (poor drafting, bad player decisions, coaching/player turn over, injuries, etc.). I would be bothered a LOT more by the lack of success that the Bears have had based on their performance last year and level of talent.

A little trivia that most don't know about... Of topic, but please excuse me... There have only been 2 NFL teams to go to more than 2 consecutive superbowls... Can you name the first to do so and can you name both teams to do so?
