That's one of the main reasons June Jones left. You made a good choice. BTW, was that Fred Von Appen who offered you the job?
I can't believe you said that. I mean it's a rampant rumor but... Just dont mention the part about her being in the car when he had his accident too
Hi all always up for new adventures! Hello Fin brothers and sisters! I have been FH regular since 3/1/2005 with 903 posts. I have many useless posts on FH under my name littlepaulie ( but I always stand by my beer rants Lol). As all of you intelligent folks may realize my name is Paul. I live in Rochester NY, 33 yrs old and have be a dolphins fan since birth (figured it out in 83 when my 5th grade teacher ran a dolphin fan club). My father has been a fin fan since birth as was his father since the organization started. The first real game i cheered was the last game i saw with my granddad! This was the lost to the Redskins I believe in 79'/80'. I have been told My first Dolphin game was when my mother was holding my soul in November 1973 at the orange bowl (my mom had a a big belly button lol I was born in june 74) I know many of you by name because of my lurking and some may remember my FH name but I became a reader instead of poster because the lack of comradiere after the merge (even though brother FFIC does such a great job to keep us grounded). So I now come to this board with a new name and a open mind. (MODS sorry for the touble and added work but feel free to delete LittlePaulie. New future why not a new name? Or merge the two I can handle that also) Thanks for the hard work
Yup that's it. Actually the name is Adam Przeradowski, Ive been a fan since I was 5 and my other teams are New York Yankees, New York Islanders and New Jersey Nets. I'ma financial advisor and most importantly Anchor Steam, Dos Equis and Guiness are the beers of choice
As a NewYorker I have also been blessed with Yankee blood! Nice to see a Dolphins and Yank fan. It was a birth right for me like my fins! Not a huge fan of basketball or hockey but i go with the Sabres, and the Heat. Look forward to the debate. . Edit: I can't belive i missed the beer, I go with AnchorSteam on our choices but I really like Saranac Pale ale.
Sorry clump even though we are practically neighbors (Roch here), and you have contributed to many great discussions, I lost ya on GO SOX? I thought you had better sense than that! (oops Bills right LOL)
The Yankees and Islanders made the wait for our 3rd championship a little easier to bare. I'm not much of a basketball fan either. I started out a Celtics fan when they had Bird, rooted for the Knicks for awhile during the Ewing years and now I'm into the Nets. Too tell you the truth I couldnt care less about basketball. I never figured out how to play the sport without fouling out. If I cant hit you, I dont consider it a sport
You forgot about the whole Matt Ryan fetish....you're supposed to tell us all about your Matt Ryan fetish...unless of course this is a new beginning and you've given up on your Matt Ryan fetish...but in a way...we hope you didnt give up on your Matt Ryan fetish, because many a entertaining posts have been made in regard to said Matt Ryan fetish.
Wow I don't even know how to dribble. But i learned you can hit, and after 5 good hits you get to sit and drink!
What.....how did I just thank you for such obvious obnoxiary...never NEVER wish mediocrity upon the Red Sox....we suffered a long...long time....bahhhh...you wouldnt understand.
Infins? Is that good or bad lol. I remember ya in many threads. The few that know me were probably from the 3-am crew and man did i have fun then . I was the original Cowboy (d-day was cruel) INFinsible I look forward to chatting again.
Ah you guys were so close to going 100 years without a championship and you screwed it up by winning it all. Now our hopes have to ride on the Cubs. Couldnt you have waited another 15 years?
Ok sorry i confused myself with that exchange lol. Roundball what is that? Is that the orange thing thats looks like a oversize baseball?
I'm Steve Sykes. I'm 38 and live in Springfield, Ill., where I work as an advertising account manager for an insurance company. I'm also a freelance writer. I joined Finheaven in August 2002 and started writing a column, "Doctor's Notes," for the site shortly thereafter. (I'll be bringing "Doctor's Notes" to the new site once we get settled in.) Aside from the Dolphins, my sports loyalties reside with the Chicago Cubs and Bulls as well as the University of Miami and Kansas State University. In my spare time, I enjoy singing and acting. (I'm pretty active in the local community theater scene.) I'm also a game fanatic and enjoy science fiction. Odd facts: I once won a bet by circling the Indianapolis Convention Center on one wheelie -- backwards -- and once won a video camera by spinning in a circle on a wheelie with a goldfish strapped to my head while playing "Like a Virgin" on a kazoo. I have spina bifida -- thus, the wheels.
