Michael Crabtree will be this years free faller all the way to 20 to the DETROIT LIONS. I'll post more later. Also Al Davis and the Raiders shock everyone by drafting Heyward-Bey with the 7th pick.
After you had another one of those delicious little cookies the Jamaican from next door gave to you, I presume?
I completely suck at predictions but here's a couple. Go out on a limb here - kinda - but there will be only one Center in the first round and it won't be Alex Mack. If Curry doesn't go number one - which I think is a higher possibility than most think - then he'll go three.
Going on a limb: - The Dolphins will draft someone totally out of left field at #25. I'm saying Ron Brace, Robert Ayers, James Laurinaitis.
if they do this i demand to take over their franchise. i could see a trade from the dolphins for more picks.. (yikes) i could also see the eagles trading out of round 1 if their player isn't there. the lions are taking a QB. the raiders do something stupid by drafting an al davis position and not a football position. or like trading the #7 overall for donald penn, quincy black and some other guy
Won't shock me, That's how I have Oakland taking My prediction is... Sanchez will be drafted #4 overall, but it'll be Washington who does it, sending WCO QB Jason Campbell to Seattle plus Wash's 1st...
Here's one for you - the Raiders take Michael Oher. They have no left tackle, Corland Green is 32 and they signed Khalif Barnes. Is that the best way to help JaMarcus Russell? It could surprise, but I do actaully expect Oakland to take Oher. Why? How many other left tackles in the first two rounds fit a west coast style offense?
Stafford is the #1 overall pick. Deal is sealed (and announced) later today. J. Smith goes #2 to St. Louis, and Curry goes to Seattle at #4. Redskins trade up (with KC at #3) to get Sanchez. They swap #1's this year, and give up next year's 2nd rounder. Then, they turn around and trade Campbell to the Jets (for next year's 2nd round pick). Crabtree won't fall past Jacksonville at #8. And, could go as early as #5 to Cleveland or #6 to Cincy. Oakland picks Heyward-Bey. On a side note...three years from now he is considered a bust. Go figure. Someone (Indy?) trades up to get Maclin after he falls out of the top 15. Denver at #18 maybe? NE trades their #1 and one of their #2's to Carolina for Julius Peppers. Contract already in place, Peppers agrees to new long term deal. Miami picks Nicks. But, not with their 1st round pick. He falls to them at #44. 5th receiver off the board (after Crabtree, Bey, Maclin and Britt). Their first round pick...Rey Maualuga. Either Braylon Edwards or Anquan Boldin is traded to NY in exchange for their 1st round pick, and a 4th rounder next year. I say it's Edwards. Hey, who the hell knows. I'm just making this stuff up as I'm going along. But...it could happen...right?
^ umm if we got Maualuga and Nicks, id be happy as ****! lets see draft day prediction... i'll make mine a little more vague - there will be a trade into or out of the top 5... - Maualuga slides and lands in Miami!! - Mark Sanchez is taken top 10
I got 3 predictions: 1. Only three WRs will be selected in the first round. 2. One USC LB will fall into round 2. 3. Miami will make ZERO day one trades.
Here is mine: James Laurinitis will not go in the 1st round. Rams will draft Eugene Monroe over Jason Smith. The Patriots WILL trade up to get someone. possibly more to come.
good picks but not real surprises since ive seen a lot of recent Mocks with those selections. Jackson shot up in the last week. Everyone had Crabtree gone before the Raiders pick
