eh, this is fine. I've played a game like this before and the slight grab of a claw is probably nothing compared to the beating the lobsters would take in the ocean. this is like saying you can't use a cattle prod to move cattle towards the slaughterhouse imo. I agree with animals rights activists periodically but this just makes no sense
am I the only one that found this part funny as hell I don't know I just keep seeing a replay again and again of a lobster getting hit in the eye with the claw, then someone near the tank getting super pissed off about it.......
This is what makes me think animal activists are out of touch. Really? Making sure a lobster doesn't get hit in the face with a plastic claw makes you equivalent to civil rights workers?
Another article, this time from Colorado. http://www.gamepolitics.com/2008/06/30/peta-targets-lobster-game Order one for your house! http://www.lobstergame.com/
cockroaches of the sea... the only reason people like them is that stupit rock lobstah song.. and they turn red.. and they are really good with drawn butter and lemon..otherwise, it's the Black Flag treatment all upside down with kicking legs
That reminds me of the iguana extermination law that is in effect now. Legal: A blow to the head, followed by decapitation. More than 1 blow to the head = animal cruelty.
there are plenty of sane animal activists, but there are surely a lot of crazies too. my brother's research lab got threats of firebombing because the activists thought that they worked on monkeys, which they don't. they even caught a guy trespassing in the lab videotaping one morning before animal rights week. some of them are just crazy.
don't get me wrong man, I don't think all are crazy. I don't think its wrong to ask for a little humanity when killing animals even cows and chickens. But I would say there seems to be alot of lunacy when it comes to animal rights activists, or at least overzealous feelings of importance.
