It was indeed. Plus it was so significant in the progress of our team. Sparano's first win as a head coach against a team who had won 20 straight was huge.
I feel like I can sit here and talk about ever play on that highlight reel, but one that really stands out to me is the Phillip Merling int off the double screen read. Maybe im just making it bigger than it really is, but for a rookie to do that just makes it all the better. Also, Dan Henning is just so creative with the offense, I can't wait to see what they cook up for this next season. 3 months till regular season...can't come fast enough.
I agree but it doesn't overtake the sour taste of the second game... I hope to win the division this year we sweep the Pats even if we only beat the Jills and Jests once!
