My history of trades have been awful in fantasy sports. So I'm going to post this before I start to work with it and get your guys thoughts.

I really like Steven Jackson from this point forward. I think his schedule is pretty good and that the production hasn't been that bad yet just hasn't been in the end zone.

This league is very shallow, at least compared to my others. We start 1 QB, 2 RBs, 2 WRs, 1 TE, 1 DEF, 1 K.

    My Roster:
    QB: Rivers, Schuab
RB: Turner, Rice, McCoy, Beanie, Harrison(dropping to use waiver on Jonathan Stewart but I'm not sure I'll get him)
    WR: White, Bowe, Walter, Massaquoi
    TE: Daniels
    DEF: 49ers
    K: Folk

Now I offered Rice for Jackson straight up. I feel its pretty even if not me giving up to much for him. He however said he wants one of my QBs and is willing to throw in his starter(Romo). I'm fine with giving up Schaub but would want a QB in return and I'm okay with Romo as a backup. However, I don't know how to take advantage of the deal.

    His team:
    QB: Romo, Edwards
RB: Jackson, Portis, Donald Brown, Coffee
    WR: Jennings, Smith(NYG), Manningham
    TE: Gates, Miller
    K: Kaeding, Rackers
    DEF: Steelers

He said everyone is available so I need help figuring out how to improve my team without giving up too much. Any ideas?

Thinking of offering Schaub, Rice, Walter, and Daniels for Romo, Jackson, Jennings, and Gates. Thoughts?

If all he wanted was Schuab and Rice I'd have done it assuming non PPR. There must be some QB on the FA market you can take as your backup. Kyle Orton?

As far as the offer goes I'm fairly certain it will be rejected.

I can guarantee he won't do that.

Not sure he'd do that but certainly worth a shot.

The Schaub and Rice deal Striker mentioned would be worth a try too. Rivers had his bye week, so havign a very good backup like Schaub or Romo isn't really needed. You should be able to find a decent one like Orton, Campbell, Garrard, etc. in FA.

Yea I really want to include Romo just as a safety blanket. The top 3 FA QBs are Collins, Edwards(he just dropped him), and Kolb. So as you can see there isn't really much left.

I ended up offering the Romo, Jackson, Gates offer just waiting for him now.
