needs rated on a scale 0 to 10 (least to most):
    1) ILB- (10)
    2) PlayMaker WR- (9.8)
    3) NT- (9.2)
    4) RedZoneTarget TE- (9.0)

could use another free-safety & offensive guard for depth & competition
would like to see a deal struck for McFadden, should he come available
this would be an immediate game changer & cement our future running game

I definitely agree with that synopsis. With our #12 we should easily be able to fill the need at one, maybe two of those positions, and then hope for project players/diamonds in the rough. The way FA looks this year, I don't think we're going to get much help there unfortunately, but hey, ya never know.

I would try like hell to get a playmaking WR in FA. Then flood the draft with Upgrades on Defense and maybe a TE.

they will finish filling the holes
one way or the other this year
    we go into year three
a complete team, ready to contend

not much to fix: ILB, WR, NT, TE
one more solid draft & free-agency

They asked him that in a post game interview... answer ZERO... He has been on the "scout" team almost exclusively.

Anyone else think that Thigpen will be trade bait for next year????

I think a quality FS is a higher need than a quality TE. Our TEs are reasonable, our FS situation is bad to dire.

alongside CJ spiller {who we would'nt draft if we resign ronnie imo}dez bryant is the only offensive skill position you can compare with #12 slot defensive value, we must plan on him being gone as well...Brandon graham could be that player..

not next, the kid seems to have some upside, lets keep him around for a while, showcase him in preseason a couple years, maybe he gets some game action and shines, get that askin price up there based on projection of how he will perform in the next 2 years, hold out, develope the player and get a 2nd or 3rd.

Theres some good tape on our little future investment already..

until this team brings a legitimate pass rusher to the table we go nowhere
you can not let opposing qbs sit back there
    no excuse
    we get no pressure
    outside linebackers are old
no one to develop behind them
