OL stats through Week 17
• 47% of Dolphins OL snaps have been played by backups
• No other winning team has more than 27%
• All other winning teams average 16%
• All other Top-10 offenses average 15%
• 4% of Bills OL snaps have been played by backups
• To overcome this and lead the NFL in points & yards is REMARKABLE.

what I've been saying since start of Training Camp. We have a ton of talent on this team, but the depth was very worrisome. I will say the coaching has compensated for it, but at some point there's a threshold where you can't compensate anymore. We really need Waddle back. it was pretty obvious yesterday that our backup WRs were not making plays.
this team has won 11 games with backups all over the place, the depth is pretty good, this defense apparently just looks like a shitshow, if 1 of the 2 high caliber CB‘s is missing.

A game with fairly complicated rules to understand, especially if you have no interest in it or a history of seeing it (like someone from Ivory Coast who wouldn't have had much exposure to the game prior to emigrating).
I took my wife with me to Hard Rock when we visited Miami and, despite me trying to explain the basic rules (4 attempts to get 10 yards, etc), she had no clue what was going on. She did say she enjoyed the crowd and atmosphere though...and I had a ready-made excuse for her to go and get the beers during the game :chuckle:
On a sidenote, my soccer heavy German parents back then, well in their 60s, may they both rest in peace, always wanted to know more about the sport that is making me scream at the TV on Sundays and for sure, if they both had watched the game with me last Sunday, I would have not needed to tell them, that a FG wins the game, that's for sure and this is all I will say about this, crucify me for this take, but I thought that was not a very good look on her and I will stand by that.
He is playing a GAME, this has nothing to do with real life experiences.

I did not consider the Kohou stuff boring at all. His entire journey to the NFL is just incredible from where it began. The chances of his even being in the US at all, then to make it like he did. Very admirable.
To each their own, what I also found pretty lame, his mother does not even know the rules of the game it seems, not very admirable at all, her son bringing home the $$$ and she has no idea what he is doing on the field.

If I recall Flores destroyed lamar two years ago with the 0 blitz
I agree with this because it clogs lanes and takes up his space behind the Los
Give him space to make a move and it’s over, flood it is the way to go imo
That has worked in Miami, last year he destroyed us, trying this bullshit.

I'm surprised somewhat. Maybe I'm a beaten down, old man fan more than some others. When they were going over the last part of game, I was actually choking up. As others have said, I knew the outcome but was still rooting like I didn't know. Make a field goal....fist pump. Get that last game sealing first down......fist pump. It seems like it's been a LONG TIME since we've won a big game, a 'must have' game, toward the end of the season. We still might not win out, but this year has been a fun ride. I'm no longer interested in a D minded HC. All the other teams can play that old school ball. We are going for a ride.
The games at the end are always great, just the stuff that was shown before that, for example the Kader Kohou stuff…B O R I N G.

Man that Baltimore secondary looks banged up, anyone remember the last time what happend when we played them and they were banged up on that unit? LOL
Schefter is saying Waddle will miss the game, maybe we can get Anthony Schwartz ready from the PS for the game.
There is some history with Harbaugh and Fangio I totally forgot about, when the Ravens beat the Broncos 23-7 in 2019, the Ravens ran the ball with 3 seconds left in the game to get over 100 yards rushing as a team and set some kind of record.
Last Episode besides the Tua stuff, was kind of meh for me.

Does anyone have any data on when Lamar Jackson went up against a big Fangio defense ?
I think it would be interesting because I do think we have the most talent to work with in a long time
Stole this from CK
"Ravens OC Todd Monken has called 4 games vs. Vic Fangio. Those 40 drives ended in 7 TDs, 10 FGs, 16 Punts, and 7 Turnovers.
Lamar Jackson has played against Fangio's defense twice (one cut short by injury). Those 15 drives ended in 2 TDs, 3 FGs, 10 Punts, and 0 Turnovers.
So the question I'd ask is, can Miami's offense score, let's call it 24 to 27 points against the Ravens defense?"
Another cool moment at halftime.

Tua said this is play you want coach? Cool, gtfo now I got this and sent him away. lol
Imagine Tua sending Flores away like that? lol. But McDaniel was so chill about it. McDaniel was like “cool, go do you” and trusted Tua to take care of it once they were in the same page…
The other part, telling everybody not to look at Tyreek was much more fascinating to me...lol
Stuff that goes unnoticed, but first it looks like Tua talked McDaniel into that play to Tyreek on the 3rd down play, but then he is also not looking at him, to disguise...hi level stuff.

Hopefully Tua will be playing surrounded by Pro Bowlers that the team drafts and develops i future seasons, and will have a much easier job managing everything with each week being so dire, so there's not nearly the need to get rid of the ball immediately, and he can go through his progressions and pick the best target instead of the first one.
I believe the offensive approach wouldn‘t change much.

I listened to all of them and they just don’t go that deep, they are complimentary of his game but it’s not in depth, I’m waiting for someone to describe what’s truly happening
You need to watch o Sullivan on QB school
