Did they win

Well the easy answer is that they took it at the end. Yeremiah Bell could have knocked that pass down near the end instead of going for the pick and we wouldn't be having this discussion. It could go both ways I guess. They turned the ball over four times so they didn't act at times like they wanted to win.

 

They won. They made plays and we couldn't stop them when we had to. I don't want to take anything away from what they did. Hats off to them. We will get better. I am looking forward towards the Ravens game. Lets go fins!

The Texans overcame their mistakes and put together enough plays to mount a last game winning drive.

The Dolphins didn't take full advantage of the mistakes Houston made. It's a two sided street. In the end they won and we lost either way.

 

They flat out beat us, we got lucky breaks and picked off a rusty Schaub in the first half.

They killed us in the 2nd half, I think Schaub and Andre Johnson killed us in this game.

Their O-Line protection stepped up in the 2nd half and gave Schaub all day to throw at times. I was literally screaming at the TV.

Yeah, they had our number.

 

They were also holding seemingly every play. Thats why I was yelling.

 

Tell me about it, i saw quite a few no calls that a blind man couldn't miss.

We lost, no excuses. Creating 4 turnovers while only losing 1 turnover and still losing the game? We made mistakes, too many mistakes...

The Texans won the game. The made great plays when they needed them. Bell played that ball perfectly in the final drive. Andre Johnson just snatched it away. It was a great play. Sad when our team has to be on the losing end of such a great game.

 

We got lucky as much as they did... i mean Johnson should of had a TD but fumbled, We should of had a int against us but we got the ball back.

 

Good point. I mean, if we'd stopped them on 4th down at the end of the game, everyone on the Texans boards would be saying Houston "gave it away" because Johnson fumbled into the end zone and their DB fumbled the interception with three minutes left. And they'd have a point.

Re the Johnson catch over Bell, having just seen the replay I don't agree that Bell blew it because he was going for the INT. I think he picked up the ball late and Johnson just went right over him and made a spectacular play.
