I also asked Ginn how tough it was hearing so much criticism, leading up to the Jets game.
“It’s going to be like that," he said. "When you’re a die-hard Miami fan, whether you’re a player, a former player, or just a regular guy, they’re always going to have what they like to say about a person because they want their team to win. Being drafted high, there’s big expectations for me."
Ginn also said his breakout performance against the Jets boosted his confidence.
“It helped me get back on my feet with the naysayers," he said. "The only thing I can do is have a short memory -- like a cornerback -- and forget about what happened and see how I can help my team the next time.”
