I recall Shula really liking Chuck Smith before the 1992 draft and many of us thought when he slid into round 2, that the Don would grab him, but in one of the most befuddling and frustrating moves he ever made, Shula picked Eddie F##ing Blake.
I have a lot of love for pass rushers too, but I'd have to say guards and centers are my equivalent to your feelings about pass rushers.
