Mr. Todd & Mr. Killer: I ask you both to discontinue the personal attacks: 1 )I have personally censored your posts & have had no contact with the either of you for some time now however friends on the forum are calling to my attention your incessant personal attacks 2) I've spoken to the both of you politely & privately on several occasions apparently you don't get it my family & military service should be respected. calling my intelligence, education or sanity into question is offensive and inappropriate 3) I suggest that you re-evaluate your on-line behavior & begin to post our forum with respect, consideration and tolerance. 4) an easy way to get around personal problems on the internet is use the 'ignore button'. it usually works if this is not a legitimate way to go for you, there is the option of simply thinking before you post 5) just for the record: (a) I am a wounded combat veteran (100% P&T) I have not had my intelligence diminished because of Agent Orange & I am not mentally ill. I am, however, presently dealing with a very good friend who is dying from this horrid disease & find little humor in the subject. (b) I am fortunate to have a lovely family. My wife and I live for these children. a family should never be the target of ridicule or negative discussion (c) I am not an idiot or challenged intellectually. I have two graduate degrees, a number of publications & speak several languages. 6) the anonymity of the internet can bring out the ugliness in people. it's the perfect place to throw a rock and hide, to take the cheap shot, etc. Ever see someone's personality transform when they get behind the wheel of a vehicle? the phenomenon and dynamics of the internet are similar in many ways I apologize to the rest of the forum for this breach of decorum, won't happen again should be a good game today. let's keep the cat in the bag & put this one in the win column
