Tebow isn't better than Moore and Delvin and they will both be back in time for the regular season. I have zero interest in seeing the Dolphins sign Tebow.

If Tebow wants to show that he has improved in his passing skills, he should see if any team in the Canadian football league would have an interest in signing him. Perhaps he could go up there and prove he is a better passer. I just don't see the Dolphins or any other team signing Tebow. It just isn't worth all the extra BS which comes with him on your team and he just isn't good enough to be a QB in the NFL.

We'd go from duct-taped-asses to prayer meetings in less than a year...too big of a swing, the stadium would explode!

I never really understood the idea of Tebow as a tight end or whatever else. He's never done any of the stuff that is incredibly important to that position like blocking or catching.

Tebow reminds of a slower Les Brown as far as tight end comparisons go. If that guy couldn't make it, I don't see how Tebow could.

Ok not preaching to make Tebow a starting Qb but WTH do these guys have in common with him.

No. Nice way to avoid the other two corresponding points I mentioned. To answer your specific point though, I'm saying NFL QB's don't have the time, or feel the need, to do 10 hours a day, 6 days a week for five straight months, culminating in hundreds of thousands of reps, which is, evidently, what Tebow did with House and Dedeaux.

Erm, because we're talking just a workout, not a contract, the media storm question is irrelevant for a workout, and most importantly, because he has, apparently, shown improvement. It's just a workout.

Which is why I said it wasn't true. You were over-generalising. Additionally, the point you seem to be missing completely, is that he has, apparently, improved, he has certainly worked his rear-end off, and since the Dolphins are/were looking for QB's, it's worth just having a look.

He can't help? At all? Maybe? Not a chance? Can't do anything at all? Maybe you missed my question, or just avoided it. For which other individual is it true that they can change a locker room? No-one. That's not what I was talking about. I was saying it is possible, and it is, that he could contribute. Stop trying to suggest that because three guys had trouble that some how that is evidence that Tebow is incapable of contributing anything to an NFL squad or locker room. That's nonsense.

For one workout I disagree, and what's more, the workout doesn't have to be done along with a whole practise. He could be evaluated individually. These are all side issues to the simple approach of bringing him in to have a look.

WADR, I don't think you know anything about an NFL QB's regimen. Not only does an NFL QB do precisely all of what you're talking about, they often do it WITH other current NFL talent and their NFL playbook. Hell, just this off season, Tannehill was working on his foot placement.

No QB ever has made the vast jump that Tebow would have had to make to be good enough to deal with the media hoopla. Especially in only a year and especially without working with an NFL team.

Again, it would be a distraction. Tebow generates news, unlike any other player in the NFL. It is what it is. His one workout will be on every reporters agenda because it will generate views. Its actually bizarre you're arguing that.

Again, it is virtually impossible for him to improve enough to make his media circus worth it.

First of all, I don't think any player can change the locker room atmosphere unless you replace the worst "offenders" with non alpha males.

Secondly, if he couldn't help those guys its LIKELY he can't help in a pro environment.

Lastly, there's no evidence he can help anyone. Since there isn't, its pure conjecture. Since its pure conjecture its a pointless argument that can be applied to any player not just Tebow.

It doesn't matter where or when the workout happens, it will be a distraction because its all that will be talked about for the rest of the week. Especially with this false assumption that Tebow can improve a locker room and all the troubles we had last year.

I want you to really think about this:
If this isn't truly about what Tebow does off the field, then why are you fighting so hard for him and not, say Rex Grossman, who has actually QB'ed a team to a Super Bowl?

Exactly. And he's never shown any kind of desire to try. Dude won't even go to the CFL....even though he'd probably have some success; because he feels he can still accomplish his dream of being an NFL QB.

How many times have we've seen QBs converted into wide receivers with no prior experience at the latter?
