    Dolphin Digest: Tony Sparano Column

This is a really good read. I enjoy learning the insights of coaching (especially one so fired up and honest as Sparano seems to be) and if you're into that sort of thing at all you'll want to read this article

I think our personnel on the line in the next few years is just going to keep getting bigger and bigger. It should be a wall of mammoth proportion in no time, just guessing from how Sparano looks at D Lines in the league.

Now this is interesting, "young coaches"?

Karl Dorrel maybe? Or HC Sparano himself?

All of our other Offensive coaches are not young coaches.

I took "young" to mean "in experience" not necessarily with age.

Sparano has enough of an old school feel in him but just as importantly he can communicate that with the younger guys in a language they understand. I'm so glad he is the head coach of the Dolphins.

BTW, how long is HE signed for?

ESPN - Dolphins hire Sparano as head coach, replacing Cameron - NFL

That article talks about other things such as: Parcells and who is in charge of drafting people.
