http://www.palmbeachpost.com/sports...ushing-workhorse-again-as-dolphins-76303.html I'd say they'll play Berger and give Grove the Bills game off if this is the case. Don't want to rush the guy back too early. Carey came back into the game, so he should be fine too. And if I'm not mistaken Smiley should be fine also come next Sunday.
Grove calls the plays on the offensive line Center & Left tackle are the most difficult losses the unit could absorb, I think there is time to heal the Pod before the next game (ten days) the high ankle sprain could nag Grove for the rest of the 2009 season offensive linemen are zen-like in their ability to absorb punishment & play through pain however the bench must be ready to step up & this is an exceptionally tough offensive line from bookend to bookend to bench Save the (Killer) Whales and make the PlayOffs
Against the Panthers, I thought Sparano was going to have to suit up and play. Imagine that for a few fun posts, and inter-reaction with the rest of the OL. I'm laughing already.
Imagine, if you will, Sparano at C, and other guys not making their blocks. The delay of game would be well worth the 5 yards, as he shows just a touch of emotion. LOL
i am suspect with Joe 'Glassman" Berger at C .... my $$$$ says he doesn't last the BUF game. I hope he does .... but his history and the fact that he got dinged the last game go against that hope. If Garner's injury wasn't serious, that helps out a lot ... at least he might be able to get a few snaps this week at C.
let's hope that Grove returns in time for the game, he is the anchor sports medicine experts can do alot these days w/ common injuries
