Headlined on MSN.com as "Has the Dolphins simply given up?".
We have reached an all time low. No one here can argue with the guy

It wouldn't surprise me if Cam was kept another year to try to right the wrong he's created. If we end up winless halfway through next year, or at something like a 1-7 or 2-6, my guess is Wayne gets him to step down, puts Capers in charge of everything and tries to lure Cowher out of retirement, if he really does want just one more year out of football.

That would be the only reason to keep Cameron for another year, I'd say.

But wouldn't it be grand to get Parcells as our GM (his dictator attitude wouldnt work as coach, but boy can he build a great team) and Schottenheimer or Cowher as HC?

Personally, I don't think they gave up on Sunday, they fought back pretty hard. But when you hand a team a 21 point lead, your done.

I reckon they gave up. Both blocking and tackling were poor, and at a lower level than what we've seen earlier in the season. The last two games have been embarassing from an effort persepective.

They came into the game given up. I said during chat that it seemed as if they were purposely dogging it to send a message to Cam to put Cleo back in. For whatever reason, the veterans don't seem to like John Beck being in there. Whether it is him being a rookie and not leading the team to scores or just that he is linked to Cameron in a highly controversial draft, but the o-line looked like the were letting the Bills defenders (who were close to LAST in the league in sacks) get to Beck on three step drops. It is unheard of to get that deep of penetration on plays designed to get the ball out quickly.

They seemed to play harder when Lemon was in which is sad on two fronts. Sad that the players can dictate the coaches moves and that the players have zero respect for our coaching staff or fellow teammates.

TO ADD FUEL TO THE FIRE THE PATRIOTS MIGHT GO UNDEFEATED "AND" HAVE THE SECOND PICK IN THE DRAFT THESE ARE THE LOWEST TIMES AS A DOLPHINS FAN THE ONLY THING WE CAN HOPE FOR IS THAT A MIRACLE WILL HAPPEN AND SOON CAUSE IF I HAVE TO HEAR ABOUT THE PATRIOTS TO MUCH LONGER I MAY HANG MYSELF WITH WAX DENTAL FLOSS.

If that is true, and some players did not give it their all, then I would trade or cut their butts as soon as we can. No coach is going to want to come here if we have players with no heart who quit because they can't have their way. JT and the other vets may have a valid point to what ever it may be that concerns them, but to quit and not fight to win every game with everything you have is just plain wrong and I don't want them on my team! Let them leave so they can go get their ring with the contender of their choice. My bet is later in life - even though they may not admit to it publicly- is they will regret their actions and wish they had the character to finish strong, even when the chips were down.

Maybe the Vets know more then Cam?

Anybody remember when Jay Cutler took over the Broncos? The Vets went to Mike S. and said put the rookie in; he makes plays.
