Denver is in better position than the teams looking for a legit #1 WR. Marshall, Boldin, and perhaps Dez are the only games in town. What might someone like Snyder offer? The Pats can easily afford to go after him. Ravens, Pack, etc. He will be in demand.
I doubt the Pats go after him. Nor the Pack. Ravens might. I still don't see anyone giving up a 1st. Nermind a 1st and 3rd.
not to be overly concerned about the cheerleaders: let's just hope we're not the ones penetrated in our defensive backfield
Though I am mostly in agreement that a #1 pick may be asking a bit too much, I think "less likely to bust" doesnt belong anywhere near Marshall's name.... The guy has put up 3 consecutive seasons with over 100 REC & 1,000 Yards. He is an elite WR without a doubt. Obviously there just isnt anyone in the draft that we can take who has those kind of credentials, and it isnt very likely that we can land one who even has that potential. I would rather see us trade future picks for Marshall & focus on core defense with our early picks this year. I would be extremely disappointed to see us pass on Marshall(esp. if hes there for bargain) and end up drafting someone who cant hold a candle to Brandon.
is anyone in for drafting s WR with out first pick? maybe a Dez Bryant... people seem to forgot about him since he was suspended for season ( which was a dumb *** suspension)
