Worth a read: http://weblogs.sun-sentinel.com/sports/columnists/hyde/blog/2010/02/_the_senior_bowl_the.html?utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed:+DaveHyde-blog+(Dave+Hyde+|+Sun+Sentinel+blogs) EDIT: I watched a highlight of the TB/WR McCluster against UT... Wow. I don't know where he fits because he fairly small but man is he exciting to watch.
I like how this defense is going to confuse offenses into thinking it is one defense but it is really another. It will be fun to watch no doubt.
I hope your right because last season the only people who were confused was our defense. We cannot continue to give up close to 400 points and expect to have a winning record
Wow, gonna need some time to read all of it. In this blog, it looks like CK and Boom are seeing who can have the longest write-up.
I am too, but it just seem that this year is going to be different. I can't explain it other than to get ready because the best is yet to come.
Yeah, don't leave Simon out. He's a prick. And I don't think that Chris guy really knows what the hell is going on. jk, all three are members here. You can typically find them in the premium forums or the draft lounge.
Ive had MCcluster/ Arenas in the 3rd, if available.. Ive been sayin for a while i would like that slot to be used on a player that can be explosive on returns and play their role on their respected units..
The brandon graham short arm thing, is getting to much hype imo, this is a great football player, and if someone does'nt draft him because of it, they are morons. I liked the point about how some of these players havent put pads on in almost a month and a half....all the more impressive when talking about Brandon Graham.
I thought for sure it was just my sarcasm meter out of whack. You can't be on this site without knowing all three of you.
Maybe, maybe not. In the NFL, everyone has measurables for the most part, not just one guy. So, it will be interesting to see how he progresses though, in practice at the Senior Bowl for Graham is that he has to win early. If he doesn't he had some trouble working his way free once a blocker did get his hands on him. I'm not saying he's dog crap, but don't overlook his size completely - it will come into play at some stage. Zach Thomas was a stud, but his size and lack of speed affected him in certain aspects of his game - that is undeniable. He could do certain things, and others not so much. It is what it is.
