I've had enough of media guys being "vanilla" and asking boring questions. What would you say or ask with no restrictions? Joey, you were paid a ton of money from the Phins. You had one good year, are terrible vs the run and in coverage. Now that you got your guaranteed money, you're taking shots at the team and it's players. What the hell makes you think you are that good? Farve, I am so sick and tired of hearing about you saying nothing. Can you just go away? Next?
"Big Jake, you have that large contract and signing bonus, how much to you pay in taxes"? I'd bet folks would hear an earful on that one...
OK Sick Joey (). How do you answer critics who say your sacks were mostly against lessor teams and players, and that you did little else? Stats show that when you played against the best, you disappeared.
im sure im not the only one but i would love to sit down with bill parcells and matt roth and ask them what happened BP.....no comment MR.... let me tell you how it really went down
I would ask to Tom Brady... Tom, how did your father feel about you having 2 kids by 2 different women, and marring none of them at the time your second was born..?? How did that talk go bro?? Brady's father was very close to becoming a priest, studied seven years to be a Maryknoll priest before deciding to leave the seminary and later having a family.
1 Sack vs Colts (Playoff team) 1 Sack vs Chargers (Playoff team) .5 sack vs Saints (Playoff team) 2 sacks vs carolina 2.5 sacks vs Bills (Bad team that still beat us) 1 sack vs Jags (In playoff race) 1 sack vs Steelers (In playoff race) The Jags and Bills were the only under 500 teams So I would not say the sacks came against lessor teams per say. I do agree he should shut up and be cut.
NJ, I should have stuck with the better guys on the OL. If you recall, SD was playing subs, Pitt's OL was not that good, and NO threw a ton of passes. JT beats Pro Bowlers. IF he were on the weak side, he would have kicked some ***.
4 sacks against the patsies in the game that saw the wildcat for the first time. Most players stack their stats against the lesser teams. It's the few where they make a game changing play, not having to be a sack, against the stellar teams that make them stand out and Porter has had his share of those type of great plays. That said, I agree. He is a smack talking bully acting, idiot at times...
I'd rather be able to ask Parcells/Ireland/Sparano some questions and get an honest answer. What do you think of Pat White now? (Honestly) Who do you plan to pick at #12? What went wrong with trying to cut Porter and having to resign him? Have we tried to trade for Anquan Boldin and what's the real story behind it? Is Matt Roth a steroid-bust away from a league suspension, as I suspect? and the question I MOST would love to hear their honest to (the answer they'd give if Tony, jeff and Bill rented a cabin in the woods, FAR from the media, and all got drunk playing poker... then started shooting straight-talk about the year...)... that question is.... What do you HONESTLY think of Ted Ginn Jr.? (let the fun begin)
I'd like to ask: "If Ted Ginn and Pat White were dangling from a cliff, which one would you save and why?"
Jeff Ireland: Knowing we had a solid, albeit not spectacular SS in Bell, why did you pay so much for Wilson, who is the same player except maybe not quite as good as Bell ?? Bill: What really went down with JT the first time around when you traded him and what changed your mind about him ?? Wilson: Do you feel at all guilty about collecting the money you do for the job you did this past season ?? Don't you think you ought to give some of it back ?? You know, like about 75% back ?? Chad Pennington: How much of a noodle arm do you really have, compared to most NFL QBs ?? Paul Soliai: What the hell did you do (or not do) that caused you so much trouble with Sparano in his first year ?? Bill, Tony and Jeff: What were you thinking when you signed Wilfork from the Jags ?? Even an amateur footballer like me could have seen that one coming ??
Deion Sanders,do you ever feel like your the only one laughing at your jokes on the NFL Network and ESPN? Matt Hasselback, ever consider Rogaine? Alex Young, how does it feel to be one of the biggest draft busts in recent memory? Channing Crowder,do you have any plans to visit the bar you were arrested at two years in a row? Ted Ginn Jr,you do realize there's a middle part to the field right?
Tuna, could you come out of hiding, for just one hour, to answer media questions and comments? I'll pay admission. Tony, what did you REALLY want to do when Porter refused to come out of the game? Mel Kiper, you look the same, year after year, after year. Are you seeing Dick Clark's doctor?
Bud Light commercials. The "Bears" question was in reference to Dennis Green's tirade, "They are who we thought they were ... and we let 'em off the hook". The "triangles" was another random question asked to one of the coaches (I can't remember who it was now though) on the commercial. "There was hoopla involved?"
They're some of my favorite commercials. Didn't mean to side track the thread. I was just trying to think of some random, maybe somewhat football-related question that would be funny to ask. These commercials just kept popping up in my head!
