I've played sick once and it was eagles vs. cowboys. I can't even remember who was who really anymore but I think I was the boys. He didn't create that many turnovers on me. He got 2 I think and the last was as I was in the redzone to tie the game as the clock ran out. But if you are a smart player it's not that unusual.
I do assume he will throw at least one interception for a touchdown. Everyone else does against the Ravens.
Sick's a very good, calm, consistent player. What he does well is not press too hard. Doesn't force bad balls, isn't crazy blitz-happy. Just takes what's there and executes well. I, on the other hand, pressed too hard BECAUSE I felt pressured knowing I was playing a strong opponent. That emotional decision cost me the game. Had I taken Chris' collected, calm approach it should have been much closer. Can't say I would have won or not, because Chris was ballin'. Madden is a momentum game though and once he got confident in his lead it got even harder to come back. My honest advice is just play to have fun, and enjoy it. I think im more excited for the upcoming offseason than the super bowl matchup. i cant wait to make my team better and hopefuul be in the playoffs next year.
He had his starters out by the end of the second quarter. The worst part is, he began to practice onside kicks and fake field goals by the third quarter, like I was practice mode for him or something! I wouldn't even have been that mad, except he put his stupid punter and kicker in at QB and RB then drove the length of the field on me for 6 and a two-point conversion. Brother is so cold I saw him try to hitstick Childress' bald-headed *** on the sidelines on one play. Childress juked it, luckily. His receivers also did this trick that should be illegal where Mohammed threw Steve Smith way up in the air like a baby boy and Smith caught it for a Touchdown. That HAS to be a glitch. RIDICULOUS! The capper was that he has somehow figured out how to get his whole team to run into the endzone after a touchdown, line them all up and do some effing b.s. dance that looks like Achy Breaky Heart or Macarena or something. WTF!?! Sick is a dick.
That sucks. Might as well sim the game. SICK! Lets shoot for sunday. I might have to pick up my car tomorrow and I have some cleaning to do for company this weekend.

I used the Ravens last night just for fun and boy, they get a LOT of turnovers! I recovered three fumbles, forced one more, and had four interceptions, one for a TD, the other to the two yard line. Don't sleep on the Ravens D in this Superbowl matchup!

Retirements are posted. see if you have any (i have quite a few) as that may change your drafting,trading needs the draftees are posted. go to online franchise and click "draft board" and all the positions with players are listed. some stacked *** guys. good stuff. i dont believe trading can happen right now. which kind've sucks cause you cant accumilate draft picks. (i wanted to try to do that) but here is the deal with the draft.......i need to know when the majority can make it on to do it live? www.easportsworld.com you can access your draft picks (where you draft) and there will be a chat set up, the players available etc. so we can do it online on cpu instead of ps3 (if you wanna be on ps3 thats fine) so i need to know when.....let me know!!!!! and if someone figures out we can trade....let us all know please!!!!
so iam trying to research things. it seems draft picks wont be trade-able until week2 ? it asked how to do trades week 1 and prior. and it said to agree to a trade and do add/drop trades.....where for example i trade jonathan stewart to the vikings for percy harvin. id drop stewart vikings sign him. he'd drop harvin id sign him. i guess we can do "normal" trades after week 1. so pay attention to who is drafted...you may have an interest in the player and you can trade for the rookies? its beta for madden online franchise, so i hope they get some of this stuff worked out. all i know is iam drafting Tim Tribow (QB) in the 2nd round hahaha
i emailed EA Sports and they responded (quickly) and said no way to trade draft picks.....you'd have to just have the guy draft who you want, cut him and you sign him.....you gotta get creative i guess. until the season starts trades with players cant happen until week 2. until then....its the basic add/drop trading. so ehhh that sucks. so let me know asap when you wanna do the draft. i am off work all day tomorrow. so ill be on here regularly
Good game Sick. That was a tough match up. All I got to say about the draft is, "Holy fast runningbacks batman!" I also checked it out online. It is much easier to look at it online. You can easily look at the good stats online. There are two runningbacks with 99 speed. Keller, Joey who has a 81 overall and Girley, Giovanni who has a 72 overall. There are also two great receiver. Bellows, Jamarion and Trammell, Brandon. I am jealous of the guys at the top of the draft.

flacco had a 47 qb rating and 4 ints heap and ray rice murdered me. i need better olb and nickle corners steve smith had 120+ yards and a td.....deangelo williams had 100+ yards rushing and a td....delhomme had a 90+ qb rating, 1 pick and 1 td....very efficent game. as for you being banned.....ill invite you to the league today....hopefully it works
Grats on the Super Bowl Sick and good job making it there Dupree. I'll inform my friend that owns the Titans to keep an eye on this thread now since the draft is near. I'm pretty flexible when it comes to being available for the draft so more than likely I could make a time good for the majority. Not only are players retired (not sure I had any) but ratings are now updated to show progression/regression. Had some guys drop but happy with the new ratings for the most part. A lot of my HB/WR improved and had a few defensive starters gain some valuable points. edit: Hadn't noticed the new thread so I'll move my trade talk there.

You would have had to write down or print out your old roster to know the progression for the new season....at least thats how I knew certain guys were ticked up or ticked down once the season ended once I logged into franchise on my PC via online franchise; dont see any mention or reference via PS3...and again, via online simply from comparing past rating, etc. How Cribbs was downgraded is beyond me.....I quess its not real NFL Madden official ratings, but strictly our franchise usage??? Still, he took several KOs to the house, I quess he has to start more at WR next season...oh well, live and learn.
yeah his kick return probably went up. but his overall as a WR is what went down. jonathan stewart went from a 87 to a 91 RB. so thats awesome (he was 4th in the league in TDs as a backup) so he should have went up i love the offseason though. iam pretty excited about it. and the draft. hopefully i find some gems.
This is how I knew. I had a notepad file with my roster and their ratings so I just checked back on that to compare to the new ratings on the rosters now. My biggest upgrade was 6 or 7 points I think which is pretty nice.
