The first interception you threw on the two yard line. Did you think it was a run? That play didn't make any sense.

Yeah, a lot of good games in these first few weeks and having as many players as we have is nice. Sick you play Dupree, Bpk, and then Ashraf? Nice little stretch you have there.

The Seattle Seahawks finally shook off the two game hangover they started the season with and beat the Washington Redskins 45-30.

The Seattle defense had given up more than 40 points in each of the first two games barely withstood the onslaught by the Redskins the only saving grace was that the Hawks stood firm and stopped three Redskin drives inside the 10 yard line forcing them to settle for field goals.

If not for the timely contributions of a couple of rookies the Seahawks would likely be 0-3 today.

Rookie Fullback Pollard hauled in a 4th down pass and rumbled 41 yards late in the game to stay one step ahead of the charging Redskins.

Fellow rookie return man Barnes who earlier had narrowly missed returning a kick of for a touchdown after a 61 yard return finally broke through for a 94 yard kickoff return touchdown.

Late game clutch catch by Deion Branch hauling in a 22 yard TD from Hasselbeck gave the Hawks enough of a gap to endure late game stupidity by Matt Hasselbeck, working to continue to build chemistry with his new receivers lobbed a last second pass toward the end zone which was picked off and returned 102 yard by Rodgers for a TD has time expired.

fricking bye week. Is there a way to export your roster and practice with your team? This is really spread out (nature of the beast) and I need more time with my players.

    Nope.

You'd have to re-build it in offline franchise.

    It takes awhile.

Not really daphins, I think BpK started a franchise and did his best to get all his players so he could practice. Think that's the one option we all want the most. I'd love to be able to export the team out and/or play scrimmage games against other user teams in the franchise that don't count for anything.

heh It's cool Ashraf, was a good game. That one bomb to Nicks I don't know what my safety was doing. I would still love to have Nicks, go Tarheels.

Seahawks get that first win.

My first attempt at linking a highlight....hope it works

A 32 yard pass from Morrow to Gage. It was crazy! Morrow got hit as he threw by 2 guys....he threw it into double coverage(my fault) and yet....Gage still acrobatically went up and caught a steve smith style ball in amazing fashion. (go panthers! lol)

    http://www.easports.com/media/play/video/17285792

And Starry....no I DON'T have a man crush on Morrow....Bpk and I just callem like we see-em .....he's a decent QB and I'm glad to have someone thats a lil more accurate so that RnG can correct some of my dumb passing blunders lol.

Wow BPK had a nightmare scenario unfold against me.

Early 4th quarter down by 3 points he throws an interception to Phillip Buchanon...who returns it for a TD. On the kickoff I choose squib so that Harvin wont take one the distance on me. No-one on his team runs to the ball. I user control Kelly Jennings and recover the ball at HIS 15 yard line. Next play, play action pass for a TD that my receiver catches over his defender.

Driving at the end of the game with about a minute left, he throws one into the endzone that Buchanon AGAIN intercepts. I was up by 10 but a score and at least he can onside kick.

    Lions win 31-21

    Jaguars Defense Shows Its Teeth

Jacksonville came into week three coming off two blowouts to division opponents. While no one overlooked those two teams, the fans and players had circled this week's match up against the Giants since the schedules had been released. New York is a strong team that had an impressive regular season record last year, making it to the NFC semi-finals before falling to the Minnesota Vikings. This game would help fans and media alike know if this Jaguars team was for real or not.

The Jaguars came into the game with the number one rushing offense, only a few yards above the Giants second ranked rushing attack. With that in mind, many expected to see a real physical game showcasing Jacksonville's Maurice Jones-Drew, and New York's Jonathan Stewart and Brandon Jacobs. Those expecting that would be disappointed.

The Jaguars lost the coin toss and received the ball to start the game. Their offense steadily moved the ball down the field when David Garrad connected with Mike Sims-Walker on a 40 yard pass for the first touchdown of the game. The Giants answered that score when former University of North Carolina standout Hakeem Nicks got by SS Gerald Alexander, catching a bomb from Eli Manning for a 79 yard touchdown. Both teams had quickly put a score on the board and it seemed these potent offenses would deliver the shootout some had anticipated.

That shootout would never come though, as the Jaguars defense started to shine. When Starry became coach one of his first decisions was converting the Jaguars from a 4-3 to 3-4 defense. John Henderson was moved to the nose guard spot, while Trevor Pryce was brought in through a trade with the Ravens to play left end, and Sean Marbury (drafted in the fourth round) won the starting right end spot in the preseason. Backing them up at the defensive end position, Robaire Smith and Stephen Bowen were brought in through free agency. With MLB being one of the weakest spots on the team, Alonzi Simms was drafted in the first round and immediately inserted in the starting lineup beside Justin Durant. To improve the LOLB spot the Jaguars also traded for Aaron Curry who plays opposite of Daryl Smith. The Jaguars added another vital piece to the defense prior to this week's game trading for the veteran CB Samari Rolle; who will not only help the team with his play on passing downs, but also mentoring the young CBs Derek Cox and Corey Graham.

These new defensive pieces showed they were worth the investment, as the rookie Simms forced a fumble and had three tackles. New additions Curry and Rolle both had interceptions, while superstar corner Rashean Mathis had a key interception in the red zone. Amazingly, the second ranked rushing attack of the Giants was held to five yards, opting to rely more on the pass against Jacksonville. Likewise, the normally explosive MJD was held to under a 100 yards for the first time this season, and the Giants also forced the first interception of the year from David Garrad. Sims-Walker had another 100 plus yard receiving game and scored two touchdowns.

While only the third game, the Jaguars have to be feeling good coming off a tough home stretch 3-0. Jacksonville heads to Washington to face the win-less Redskins in their first road game of the season. The Redskins are coming off a tough loss at home to the Seahawks and will be looking to hand the Jaguars their first loss. Tennessee survived against Indianapolis with a gritty 14-7 win, putting them at 2-1 and just a game behind Jacksonville in the division.

I'm nervous because I have no idea how good you are, what kind of plays you run...it's nerve wracking.

Also guys I LOVE my MLB Mack Jackson. He's a beast. When there is a play to be made he makes it. He was in on "6" tackles. But assisted on like 4-5 more I'm 100% sure. Most of them he got there first and another guy cleaned up. Made a nice sack, forced a fumble, played tight coverage. He's insane.

I traded up to #2 overall and took a LT, but even there I wanted Jackson. Whats funny is that I drafted three players named Jackson  LT. MLB, and TE
