Urlacher is on the block. I'd be open to moving Briggs, but it'd have to be a nice deal. I'm looking for young Lock down corners, a true #1 WR. Hit me up.
Instead of players in the 90's, I proposed a trade for you with my 83OVR WR (97 speed, 97 acceleration) for an 84 OVR LB of yours. We'd both get better where we need to, though it hurts to give up my deep speed receiver.
I used to get DC probs, then I started plugging a cable directly from the back of my wireless modem/router and into my PS3. Rarely disconnect anymore.
Well, then you may have issues. You should try to play when he isn't using his wireless. I got DC more when my gf was doing stuff on our laptop at the same time as I was playing.
Sorry, but I doubt I'll be dealing watts. He was the #6 overall pick in the draft and is a sideline to sideline player. He's fast in edge containment (when I'm no jumping into him and ****ing up his angles) and gets great pressure. Also I'm really liking Hester (#1 WR in the league after week 2) as a WR and am more looking for a young stud to grow with him rather than someone like Berrian. I am interested in dealing a player or two for Harvin if he's available. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Thanks for the message, Bob. I need to get into my online franchise roster on the PS3 so I can assess the trade. I need to look at my depth chart to see how well different players rate at diff positions if I move them.

Yeah, I like season long trades. Keeps it more interesting as teams gear up for playoff runs. Why do they even have a trading deadline in the NFL?
I can sorta grasp what you are saying..... but can you clarify....or rather be more specific? (give an example)
He's saying that if a team falls out of the playoff hunt, they might be willing to unload their good players. A trade deadline prevents that, because theoretically, at the trade deadline, almost every team is still in the playoff hunt in one way or another and it becomes psychologically very difficult to send off your good guys if you think you have a shot at the playoffs. If the trade deadline were in week 12 or thereabouts, you'd see teams like the Rams and Lions making bargain-basement trades just to accumulate draft picks. It would create a talent imbalance.
Regarding deadlines, the imbalance would only be short term, since the other team would have lots of high draft picks in return. I'm still not sure I see where it's good to restrict talent movement. I think talent finds its balance and liquidity helps, as in free capital markets. It also puts more emphasis on great decisions and GM-ing talent. That said, I am not majorly for or against the deadline either way. I guess I have fun making trades, so would enjoy being allowed to do it all season.
I have some LB's in the 70's. B potential, mostly. Varying ages. I would consider moving my MLB Henderson too.
Vikings are looking for a 1st round pick to address their QB situation in next year's draft. Currently offered are TWO 2nd round picks in exchange for a 1st.
