John Clayton reports Julius Peppers signs with Bears . The agreement could be worth $40 million over the first three years. http://www.kffl.com/team/11/nfl Update on Peppers contract: six-year contract is worth $13.3 million a season and is scheduled to pay him $40 million in the first three seasons,
Sorry dude, didnt mean to seem harsh. I guess its just that ive been watching, checking, listening, reading into sports junk all day for updates and the Peppers deal seemed like it went down a year ago. HAHA
The only reason I put the thread on the Dolphin Forum is because Peppers contract kind of sets the bar for what Dansby will be shooting for. Even though he wont be getting the same money as Pepper but it will certainly make him look for more money than if Peppers signed for less. Also with Peppers gone the Redskins will probably be ready to offer Dansby a bundle.
