We deployed togather, fought togather, came home togather. He was a good kid and a friend. He made a misstake and went to fast on his bike running a red light hitting a van. He made it through hell by doing his job, being focused and obeying the rules. AndtTo go through that and let his judgement laps here....**** man He will be missed. To all of you guys, young and old, read and learn, it can happen to you. It hard to loose a friend, it doesn't matter if you fought beside me in the sand, or we chat in a forum. Its never easy to say goodbye to a friend. So please stop and think before you do something you know is stupid, but to it in the heat of the moment.... Tuck my man, I hope your are in a better place. http://www.elpasotimes.com//ci_8860569?IADID=Search-www.elpasotimes.com-www.elpasotimes.com
Sorry to hear that dude. Always remember the good times, the good qualities about a person. By doing that he lives on through you.
good point bro. Don't remember how he died and how you don't agree with it, remember he was your friend.............
sorry to hear that bro. my thoughts and prayers goin out to his family, friends and you. Good message in your post as well that hopefully everyone listens to. Life's too short we gotta make sure we do all we can to enjoy every minute of it, and to enjoy the company of those around us. Just remember all the good times, and he will always be with you. Again, sorry for your loss.
exactly. i had my best friend die in a waverunner accident and the person who hit him was slightly intoxicated. After getting over the grief of losing someone who was a brother to me for about 12 years myself and others set up a charity in his name to give scholarships to kids at the high school we went to. Its a great way to honor someones memory and give something back to those who need it.
I lost my cousin to a motorcycle accident in 2000. He was 21. Terrible thing. My prayers go out to you and the rest of his loved ones.
Thats tough Bro...At least he had a friend like you while he was here on God's green earth My prayers to him, and you as well "Doc"
Thanks everyone, I just wanted to vent some. Hard to do it at work because most are feeling the same way.
May he rest in peace; to be sure he is in Gods hands now. As long as he is in your thoughts and heart he lives in you. Prayers are sent.
Sorry bro. RIP. My brother-in-law was in 10 years and was deployed during this conflict. Every one of his crew made it back. Within six months, three had died on bikes. He never rode again and made me swear never to either. I don't know what it is about bikes and servicemen (I've never enlisted).
I'm very sorry to hear about your friend. A terrible tragedy to someone who so bravely served his country in war, would pass in this way. His family and friends will be in my prayers.
