That was actually the only etrade commercial ive ever found remotely funny. Talking babies are just creepy. Kind of amusing really, I hope the judge tosses her case out.
I thought that was the best Super Bowl commerical. And those baby E-Trade commericals are genius, even if they are a little worn out. As for Lohan, No, sweetheart, you aren't first name synonymous like Oprah or Madonna. Just because you were in a couple Disney movies, like crack, and enjoy getting drunk off Sunset Blvd. does not make you "Oprah Famous". Furthermore, I've nailed several girls named Lindsay (or a variation of the spelling- i.e, Lindsey). It's a slutty name, which is why they used it in the ad. As Bibgry said, it's a PR move in a last ditch effort to revive a dead career.
Im willing to bet that nobody did. I love that she thinks that because her first name is used... automatically its about her. I mean, sure, she can easily draw conclusions between the milkaholic/alcoholic thing, and the cheating/skanky reference being tied together with her name rather easily... but someone should break the news to her that nobody cares about her anymore
I hope she not only loses but that judge writes a scathing decision as to just how stupid a lawsuit this is. I would say that this stupidity made me lose respect for Lohan but that would imply I had respect for her to lose prior to this.

Actually, I think she might have a case. As much as I hate her, there was a report that some internal memos from etrade popped up. The original name in the ad was deborah, and they changed it to Lindsay and then changed the following conversation to sound more like Lindsay. So she actually does have some ground because it appears that etrade changed the name and the lines in the commercial and it does actually portray her. However, Lohan is on crack if she thinks Lindsay is in the same realm as Oprah and Madonna. SO not everyone associated the baby name Lindsay with Lohan.
