How do you grade a draft this early?

I gave you a B, but it's really a B- for the gratuitous self-promotion. I don't see any kind of super steals with any of those picks, but they're all solid players.

I know, you're a purist... one of those that doesn't like grading drafts until three years after the fact... well tough! :tantrum:

I gave you a c. I was ok with graham and franks but the rest would not thrill me in real life. The lee pick nearly made me blow chunks specifically. And that's before I even talk about the mcwaste of a pick in round three. Mccluster is at best a late four in terms of his talent level. Jones and Dickson are ok I suppose, they neither annoy or thrill me. Im sorry if that comes across as harsh, its not to say I dont like your overhaul. Overall I think you have done pretty well so far. I just really dont think much of Lee and McCluster. Lee reminds me way too much of Dan Connor and I dont mean that in a good way and McCluster just doesnt do anything for me. I watch him and his speed is barely above pedestrian. I dont see him as player who translates well to the NFL.

TIme will only tell with Lee and McCluster... I do think McCluster can translate to the NFL, 20 bench reps, as quick as Sproles, good hands. I like both of those picks because they have produced already. They are not gambles on potential as some of the high picks are.

Unfortunately the people that aren't actually in the GM League probably won't know the moves you made prior to the draft... lol.

This exactly, cept I'm not even that high on Graham, so that leaves Franks and not much else IMHO.

Graham is the only pick I like, and I liked other players on the board (for the Fins) better personally.

I like Lee a lot, but he shouldn't be a 2nd rounder IMO.

I'd say value-wise Kevin Thomas is easily my favorite pick. McCluster is probably my least favorite.

This is worded much better than mine.
I do like Graham, just think there were much better players available there still..... That being said, of course none of us will know for a couple of years.

Well I gave you an A.

I love the Graham pick, ILB Sean Lee will have a solid 10 year career, McCluster can be a game breaker and you got a solid S in Jones. Thomas can very well be a starter in this leaue for years....

    I like it.

I don't have kids....or a "sippy cup", but wouldn't it remain full when tipped over unless you drank half of it or only filled it halfway? If half truly does spill out when tipped over I want half my money back from the black and gold sports shop for the one I got my nephew.

I think Lee was a reach and McCluster at WR did not grade out as high as you have him. There were definitely better WR on the board at that pick IMHO. I like the Dickson pick.
