We now know that Ginn can talk better than he catches. This has been a good week. We acquire the leagues best and get rid of one of the leagues worst and got a 5th for him. Sounds good to me.

You can certainly guage their "toughness" level from it to a degree.

I mean if you have a player that clearly avoids contact and lets the threat of contact influence his game to a level that is detrimental to his performance then it's a legitimate thought process.

Whether someone has good fighting skills or not, if they don't have the mentality for it, they won't fight well.

Regardless, this seems like a silly thing for us to be arguing about.

Ginn's out and from his response he's clearly pissed off about it.

    Who has accepted Jason Allen?

He was one of our biggest 1st round busts in the last 10 years.
Just another in a long line of draft disasters for us.

My point still stands. If the poster I was responding to or anyone else wants to be on the wrong end of a Youtube video, be my guest.

No need to be shocked at the language.
Ginn said it so the use of the word is acceptable.

It's not the language I'm shocked at. I was shocked at the fact that PFT is being backed by NBC Sports.

I thought Ginn was coming around nicely and I'll bet that he has a decent year in 2010. I, for one, really hate to see him go.

Ever since the term, "politically correct," made its debut in the US we get all bent out of shape over nothing, then some idiot in the media acts like it's a huge deal just to grab some free attention. The comment showed a lack of class by Ginn but so what...people say dumb things at times. I said worse than that when I slammed my finger in the car door the other day.

Islamic millitants are sawing US citizens heads off on a live internet feed, and something like this is supposed to bother us? Come on....really...

Ginn was given every opportunity to prove himself as a wide receiver and he failed.

    Next.

if you have a guy who got tackled all through highschool, then college, and even played in the nfl, you should probably take that into consideration when implying you are tough enough to beat their ***.

Honestly I think more than anything its for a few reasons.

First of those being that when we draft Ginn everybody wanted to get Brady Quinn and people were really pissed that we didn't go after a quarterback.

The Jason Allen pick most people were on board with, most people though he would be a good player for us including the FO. Unfortunatly, it didn't turn out like that.

With the Ginn pick about 75% of fans didn't want Ginn. Remember the draft announcement the pick was Boooo'd quite a bit. So obviously a bad pick to begin with when it becomes a bust is just magnified.
