I forgot all about Te'o I had him on my draft board that I created about month ago.

I had a 5th round grade on him :pity:

I think everyone had a great draft, even the Vikings and the Jets... was a lot of fun again.

Y'all know y'all love the bills draft!

    Buffalo Bills
Jimmy Clausen, QB, Notre Dame 9 1
Navarro Bowman, LB, Penn State 41 2
Ryan Matthews, RB, Fresno State 49 2
Taylor Price, WR, Ohio 73 3
John Jerry, OT, Mississippi 90 3
Rashawn Jackson, FB, Virginia 104 4
Garrett Graham, TE, Wisconsin 137 5
    Armanti Edwards, QB/WR, Appalachian State 159 5
Jeremy Williams, WR, Tulane 169 6
Walter McFadden, CB, Auburn 183 6
Willie Rose, FB, Florida Atlantic 194 7
Chris Scott, OT, Tennessee 201 7

Seriously, if the Bills pulled this off IRL, I'd be keeping my eye out on them.

Didn't know that. In that case it's not a bad pick. I'm not a big Williams fan, and don't have his value in the top half of the first round, but you can't argue with taking a NT if you need it because of how hard it is to get one.

Not sure how Gibson at 80 is a reach when he's being talked about as a 2nd rounder.

I don't see Lee as a stretch. Not any kind of a steal IMO, but still a solid pick.

Not sure how Warren in the 5th is a wasted pick. Certainly unimpressive at Michigan, but has enough upside to warrant a 5th rounder and can play CB or S.

I know you're applauding your own draft so some of that could be tongue in cheek, but I wouldn't say Williams or Allen are studs. Williams had an extremely inconsistand career at UT. He's impressed at the Senior Bowl and workouts, but the game film doesn't blow you away. Allen has some upside, but is probably a 2nd rounder. Can't fault you for taking him there, because he's a talented player, but not some kind of great value. Sanders and Kafka are nice picks because of their upside and where you got them.

Thanks man. My approach with round 7 was to look for value first and foremost. I feel like Lindley, Te'o-Nesheim, and Robinson could all go in rounds 5-6 this week during the real thing.

As far as who had the best and worst drafts, I'm wont to give out grades this early ... especially since we'll have the real thing to gauge who got the best values, etc.

I will say that McCoy at 6 was probably the best value of the first round, followed up by Morgan late to New England.

Did my best to avoid the 'potential' players. I wanted guys who could come in and contribute in SOME way immediately. Outside of maybe Ducasse and Tyler Sheehan, I think all guys can contribute in some way. Ducasse could still be an option at OG, as he develops into a LT. The Thurmond III pick is probably not an immediate contributor but that's because of injury.
