Darren Sharper could be signing a contract soon

IMO Sharper has been a little overrated. I wouldn't mind signing him, but at the same time I wouldn't be upset if we didnt.

The Dolphins are not in the mix for free agent S Darren Sharper, according to the Miami Herald.


Miami has a hole at free safety, but Sharper is apparently only talking to the Jaguars and Saints. For now, the Dolphins appear comfortable letting fifth-rounder Reshad Jones battle Chris Clemons and Tyrone Culver for the starting gig.

D.Sharper is returning to the Saints per the Associated Press on ESPN with a one year deal. I cannot post the link as I do not have 5 posts...it is on ESPN.
