Okay guys, at year's end I'll have us all vote for the winners of various yearly awards. But first, we have to decide on what those awards will be. Post your suggestions here, please! I'd suggest: League MVP PepsiMax Offensive Rookie of the Year Award Krispy Kreme Defensive Rookie of the Year Offensive Player of the Year Depends Defensive Player of the Year Coach of the Year Best GM Best Moment Best Game Best Play Best Upset Comeback player of the Year Best Breakthrough Player Best Male Athlete With A Disability Handiwipes Best Ball Fumbler Best Pass Dropper Best Special Teams Best Stick Skills Best Playcaller Best Come From Behind Victory Let me know your suggested categories. After week 17 we can start voting. Let's wait til then to see how the season plays out. Suggestions?
Don't even bother voting on this one my man Calvin is running away with it. For all of his highlights he's stalled me a few times with drive killing drops including a 4th down in the endzone that secured a loss for me. I think we should all nominate our own teams / players where we think appropriate, but we should block from voting for our own because otherwise we'll end up with a 19 way tie
The way I was going to set it up was for each award you rank your #1 choice, #2 choice and #3 choice. That way we still get votes for people not on your own team. And obviously #1 votes are worth more than #2 and #3 votes etc. I'd tally the total votes and see who won for each category.
There is a comeback player, but could we have a greatest comeback game. The highlight of my season was that 4th QTR 21 point come from behind against the Chefs.
But it was a good game. You should have seen the game Barry and I played last night off league talk about fireworks. He had almost 500 yards, yes I said FIVE HUNDRED yards of kick returns against me. I think I won 49-45 and there were like 3 lead changes in the last 2 minutes.
Good thing there not an award for "Most likely to give the commish his all pro QB before he drops out" award.....
You forgot, "Most likely to set up a trade to be completed after playing the guy you made the trade with and dropping out before the game." I found it funny that Ryan Clark had 13 tackles, 1 interception and a forced fumble that game.
obviously you havent..... keep braggin about beating someone who was playing his first human vs human game on a next gen system EVER it didnt last long
Can we add an award I can win?? Like "Never shows up to the game" award... or "Least production from his weapons"
