Wow, so much evil words being spewed in this thread. Just know that come week 3 we're going to kick your behinds!
Yea, somewhere in the cellar. If you look real hard with a spotlight, you might be able to find them.
It must take something like a one hundred Million Candlelight Spotlight just to see a gimps of them. ::Waves at the bills::
Hahah Dude, I have said it before the Bills may as well be in the arena league. They are a complete non factor.
Jets and Dolphins arguments are like my morning coffee. It's so damn bitter but I can't stop drinking it.
Very similar things were said about our team coming off a 1-15 season... But then again we did a much better job addressing our O-line and QB situation.
They did sort of address the line. Although he got hurt anyway, they still made the effort to go after Wang.
Hell of team player the Jets have in Revis huh?? You get the feeling that the whole circus is gonna fall on the Jets this year, and especially next?? Darrelle Revis sat out several drills at Jets minicamp Monday in protest of his contract situation, and told reporters after the workout that he is serious about a training camp holdout. Revis also reiterated that he wants a contract larger than Nnamdi Asomugha's three-year, $45.3 million blockbuster. "That's the bar," Revis said. New York's shutdown cornerback called the Jets' recent contract offer, which included no fully guaranteed money, "an insult." "I might be at training camp, I might not," Revis added. "As of right now, it doesn't look good."
Just wait until the end of the season when the Jets have 20 contracts up...with players like Braylon Edwards and Santonio Holmes
thats what I mean bro....they have wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too much money that has to be payed out on top the money they spent already....they cant sustain it..... it will so sad to see the fall of the 1/2 year dynasty of the Jest....
It's because of crap like this that the JETS keep failing as a franchise. Either stop stroking players' egos or pay up suckas. I mean, if he's the best corner in the league, then why shouldn't he make the most of any player at his position? Same goes to Mangold and the other guy.
It just gets better and better........for us http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/Jets-Darrelle-Revis-sits-out-plays-at-practice-in-protest-061410
As funny as this is, its a little sickening to see millionaires *****ing about not getting paid enough millions I think.......
Fixed. I'm sick of hearing this bull****. If you're offered 15 mil a year that's MORE Than enough for you and your family. And I don't want to hear the "NFL players have short careers" nonsense. You work two years at that salary and you have made more than 90% of the families in America will ever see in their lifetimes. Stop the *****ing and whining.
Classic Rich Cimini. No sources or quotes anywhere. _________ As for Revis, unfortunately, it's not looking good right now. I hate how greedy he is being.
I predicted this would happen NEXT year. A little pleasantly surprised to see it already happening this year. The best part is...wait for it...THERE'S NO CAP THIS YEAR!!!!!!!!!! If the Jets are being this cheap in a uncapped year, what happens next year when there is a cap? BTW, if Revis signs at 15 Mill a year, he and Sanchez will make up roughly 1/5 of the teams salary.
