Yes. They also booed the US National Anthem and chanted "Osama, Osama, Osama" after 9/11.

Wow. Those fans take the dusche-cake. Not just as fans but as other-wise half-way decent human beings. If you have any respect for not just the game, but for people coming to your country to put on a show, you just don't do these things.

He took a pee at the pitch in Jalisco, so since he likes to pee so much, he gets it.

the fact that you try and justify people thowing urine on another human being because he peed on the field during a training session says alot about you.

so lets say in some sick way that it was justified :001_rolleyes:
what did he deseve to have vomit thrown at him?

Well I hope we can agree it's close between Newcastle and Juve as to who's more famous for the black and white.

And as for the Pink jersey's mentioned by section that they wore as recently as 3 years ago.....well I have no good excuse or answer. That was a horrendous idea. Knocked their credibility down for sure

You are the one whining dude. Your team is the one that is inferior.

I don;t need to whine. Remember, that they keep score in these games. For some reason, we keep scoring more goals than Mexico. Over and over..and over..and over...

the biggest match in series history..and Mexico gets DOMINATED by the US 2-0 in the round of 16.

    Again..just facts.

THAT DAMN SCOREBOARD is a Meanie.

Watch Mexico/fall boys and you'll get tired of soccer really quick. I know that all players overact when there's contact, but they take it to a whole new level. I'll root against them 9/10 times.

Well, I'm 2 for 4 on my group picks... had Mexico and Argentina going forward, missed on Uruguay and South Korea... Since I have USA and Eng going thru, if the trend continues, only one will make it.... this is not good on any level...

Its hard to gauge really. But I'd agree that both are pretty recognisable.

And as for the pink jerseys, we had pretty awful one this season.

As bad as that is and I dont condone it in any way (especially the Osama stuff), it does add more to the rivalry.

Just gives you more reason to hate them really.

Dude, Inter fans got a motorbike into the away end at a Lazio game, set it alight and dropped it from the upper deck of the stand into the home fans below. A few chants......Leeds fans sing songs to Manchester United fans about the Munich air crash of 1958.....Man Utd fans sing songs about Hillsborough to Liverpool fans. That's football.

That's not football/soccer. That sounds more like people getting violently intoxicated to the point where common decency and civilization are lost completely in belligerency and lack of self-control/judgement. Sounds nothing like a sport. You don't need a strength jacket to watch a game of soccer. This is not normal behavior, so the fact that you expect this says a lot about yourself (as a fan of any sport).

There's a fine line though. And what you mentioned and chanting Osama is crossing that line.

Throwing bananas on the field at Etoo and various other black players, chanting Osama, singing songs about a plane crash all have no room in sports.

Boom, could you imagine an away stadium singing songs about the Heysel tragedy when Liverpool play? I'd wanna vommit if I were you. Heck I'd wanna vommit just being a human being (not even a Liverpool fan)

Wearing the reds today. Good luck to eng and usa. No Joe Cole tho as Fabioso decides Milner instead. Like the move to Dafoe tho. Perhaps his pace will free up Rooney but its the service from midfield that will make the difference.

Nice pigskin, but if it goes in net, does it count as a score?

I'm surprised at the shock, Soccer Hooligans are a well known phenom?

USA D again weak early. Good call on the yellow as it was a breakaway - but hope the ref doesn't get all happy with the cards.

For England ... My 89 year old aunt could feed the ball to the middle better than Milner. For a player on a national team and he can't get the ball higher than someone's shin when he tries to center it - multiple times? Please.

English up 1-0 on Heske goal.

The US rarely gets any close call in the WC Adamp, it has been that way since we made the Cup Tourney again.
