    In your opinion IS RIGHT.

He is a great player with very good teammates.

But it is a 3 man group..and IMO...the best basketball player in the world is the one doing this clown show at 9 tonight.

Rachel Nichols is wasted at Madison Square Garden. She needs to be in-studio. In a very short skirt.

That would make the next hour much more bearable.

Then there is MLEs, and TLEs, and trade exemptions, and buyouts of parts of contracts, and trades where the money has to be equal, etc...

The NFL cap is so easy...

    Apples and oranges bro...

You had 3 guys who NEEDED eachother to finalize their careers, in this case you have 3 guys who are just trying to dominate the league, wich is fine but like I said previously anything less than 3 or 4 titles they fail.

yes...and...every contract signed OVER THE MINIMUM counts against the Cap.

You are allowed however to resign players that have had at least 3 years of service and go over the cap in doing so, unless you renounce their rights.

You are required to carry at least 13 players.

second round picks do not count against the cap. 1st round picks count in a slotted fashion ranging up from 2.8 million dollars.

    got it?

So they should all go separate places, potentially "waste" their careers trying to get a title, and then when they have very few years left team up for a title? :confused2:

I'm not a big basketball fan at all, but would this make the Heat bigger than the Dolphins in Miami? I would think not as I always hear how the Dolphins own that town.

    5!?!?

They should dominate for the next 7-8 years with 3-4 rings....

They are the perfect fit for eachother I cant argue that, Wade is somehow still underrated but as unselfish as they come..same for Lebron who no longer HAS to take the GW shots that he sucked so bad at.

Lebron is younger and a physical beast but Kobe game from top to bottom is better. That all can change with time but as for right now Kobe is better.

Rachel Nichols has a beautiful ***.

and this is a true story...

My fantasy team every year is named:

    Rachel Nichols Big Fat ***.

She was in front of me in white pants the year the Heat won it all. I was toasted and I could not take my eyes of it. I think she heard me say..."damn...rachel nichols has a big ole' booty."

Seems to be a lot of hate at the possibility of LeBron joining Miami. I don't have a major issue with it. I think if he does indeed join them, he's doing the right thing for his career because he's on the right track to the ultimate goal, which is winning championships. The only thing I won't like about this is the parity in the NBA. It'll be Miami and whoever the hell comes out of the West in the finals. Probably Miami and LA. The East already is boring and is like watching paint dry. This will only make it worse for the general NBA fans.

Last thing, some think this is going to be LeBron's team if he goes to Miami. It will never be LeBron's team, regardless of what he does. He can go on an Oscar Robertson - like run for the next seven years, it won't be his. This is Wade's team and truthfully, not just Wade's county but Wade's conference IMO.

Sorry Boik..scratch the Knicks off of the list

Mike D'Antoni heading out to LV to watch the Summer league team, and Walsh showing no interest at all..

LeBron is off of the Knicks menu.

Cavs, Bulls, Heat, though Boozer went uptown to "Watch the announcement" which imho means scratch the Bulls...

Excellent point Alen.... Wade is feeding right in to the Lebron ego.. But he is smart enough to know that this is "MY HOUSE" and that Wade County is his to own.. Let Lebron steal the show.. But Wade will bask in the glory every time Lebron gets an assist on his patented game winning shot or drive... Assuming any of the games are actually close :up:

I don't know, I want Lebron to stay in CLE, and originally said there was no way I could root for Lebron if he left. Teaming up with Wade or Durant are about the only scenarios I wouldn't hate him as much, though I found both to be implausible at the time. I thought it was either NYets, NYK, CHI, or Cle at the time.

I'm still going to support the Cavs no matter what (a team I cared nothing about when I started college), but I won't fault Lebron for picking a "once in a lifetime chance" over his hometown.

I wouldn't be so sure BR, one of the great things about DWade is..he doesn't, or hasn't let his ego get in the way of winning, I'd bet DWade and and LJ could swap stories about "Fu Schnickens"..

DWade reminds me of a much nicer version of Scottie Pippin.
