    Sorry if posted already -

Dwyane Wade's VIDEO reaction live to LeBron James announcement:

    http://worldredeye.com/2010/07/game-on/#videoCont

Damn he was pumped. I guess he really didn't know.

EDIT: Or he did and that reaction was for his documentary.

This is hilarious...Miller's agent says..."hold on..deal is not done yet..."

    ESPN says...deal is done..

Is this Riley telling Miller's agent..."shut up...he is signed already,,,this is not the 35 million you are looking for...."

Damn...I want to play for this team.

Ira confirms it on Twitter and in the Beasley story.

But he's using the same South Dakota source.

    LINK EDIT: http://www.sun-sentinel.com/sports/miami-heat/sfl-miami-heat-michael-beasley-s070810,0,6830775.story

So we found the "fellow NBA free agent" who told multiple people that LeBron James was recruiting him to come play for less in Miami.

    LOL

I loved it...they started with bravado...game planning how they would beat us....

then they went to starting threads predicting the East where every single one of them put us at #1.

I love the Hair in Chicago saying that we are building a hollywood team down here and they are ready to "fight". Yeah..shut up jackass.

Where was that fight when we almost beat you by 80 points for the 5th seed WITHOUT Lebron James and Chris Bosh?

Bulls are the perfect team to strike it; it's unfortunate they were able to secure Boozer before New Jersey had the chance to match that offer (it's reported that NJ offered 5/75 and Boozer's agent never got back to them with Chicago's 5/80 offer, which they'd of matched). What are they crying for? Thought they'd go from Michael Jordan to LeBron James? Cry me a river because THAT didn't happen. Be blessed you're in this position for winning the lottery with the smallest percentage chance in the world and being rewarded with Derrick Rose.

Nonetheless, they still have an extremely talented young core of players and Booz will help them tremendously. Booz/Noah compliment each other so well it's not even funny. They're like complete opposites. Noah's weaknesses are Boozer's strengths. Boozer's weaknesses are Noah's strengths.

Still, I wouldn't trade John Salmons, Ben Gordon, Kirk Hinrich, Andres Nocioni, and draft picks for Carlos Boozer.

    Hindsight always wins though.

So, who starts at Center? We could probably get Spud Webb to come out of retirement and play the 5 for us...

Joel, Pittman, and a vet or two is fine by me. I'm good with Z, Brad Miller, or Big Ben.

If Pittman doesn't work out we can blow the mid level and overpay a 7 footer next summer.

Except for the fact that, you know, the Dolphins haven't won **** in 30+ years. They weren't even relevant for much of the last decade.

As for the Heat -- they're going to be good, really, really good. That said, they'll have a metric ****ton of pressure on them heading into next season, as anything less than a title will be deemed a colossal failure.

Regardless, they're the most talented team in the NBA, as presently constituted, and if those guys play together, they're going to win the title next year (and perhaps multiple, consecutive). Congrats Heat fans.

So much of this story is, "Fug Lebron for taking less money, reducing your touches, passing the ball, potentially being hated in yourhometown and sharing the glory...all which means you hurt MYteam. Your unselfishness means MY team is going to get crapped on. Your hurt the basketball I watch, even though you'll actually get to be happy on the court and perhaps professionally in other avenues."

    Really crazy

LMAO at people still believing LeBron threw game 5. Just watch the tape and you'll see they used a different offensive gameplan that game. Whether it was because LeBron was hurt, or they realized LeBron going one on five wasn't the best strategy to win, who knows.

Holy crap...he just cursed Miami. First he guaranteed a championship before Miami wins one, he then goes on to curse James and the heat.

If that curse somehow ... not even gonna say it. I officially hate pre season football now...

I figured this speculation was inevitable:

    http://www.nydailynews.com/sports/basketball/knicks/2010/07/09/2010-07-09_pat_could_coach_trio.html

I'm not so sure. A part of me believes Riley will take just as much joy in finding a great NBA HC.

So now that LeBron is off the market, what do Chicago, NYK, and NJN do? Chicago is already talking to some FA so they don't feel too bad. The Knicks? Oh god, what about the Nets? Do they have anyone in mind?

They're pretty much SOL. That's why they're second-rate organizations. Chicago has options simply by virtue of their cap space, but they were also counting on LeBron.

The Knicks are in the best spot of the three teams because they have plenty of cap room next year and a legitimate shot at Carmelo Anthony.

Nets will sit tight. I think they'll be a much better team next season, just because Avery Johnson is a very good coach IMO. They aren't as talent deficient as their record indicates.

I think the Knicks sit tight and try at some point to get Chris Paul or Tony Parker. PG should be the #1 priority for that team.

    Bulls, well who cares?
