Hot Tub Time Machine at the theater , and TheMaiden Heist on the movie channel.

Hot tub was lame , it could have had elements of back to the future , but seemed like it was a decent idea that was never developed or written well.

The Maiden Heist had 3 very actors , Christopher Walken , Morgan Fairchild and William H macy , it was low key but enjoyable.

Some of the last flicks i saw were........

Funny People....Good not great like a lot of Sandler's older flicks, hits home if you know any1 that has battled cancer.

The Crazies....Good horror flick lots of suspense decent story told in an interesting way

Youth In Revolt....Funny story told in the bay area/where I live, earns brownie points.

Kids....All I gotta say is don't worry its me Casper :p

No Country For Old Men....Well worth every oscar it earned and then some. Lotsa great actors whether known or up and coming.

Inglorious basterds....Great especially if you love Terantino. Interesting twist on a crazy time in history. also a remake of an old b movie.

I saw the Last AirBender with my son. It was a cool concept and an interesting world, potentially. But the execution was poor. The dialog was laughable and the characters weren't developed. I also thought the casting was weak. There was really only one character that I found interesting, the uncle and I think it was just b/c he was a better actor than the others. It's a shame b/c I think it had potential. I wasn't familiar with the cartoon or comic if there is one, but it seemed like there were several characters that could have been interesting. IMO M. Night has fallen a long way from the Sixth Sense. He has now become a reason not to see a movie.

One of the best movies I have ever seen. It ranks up there with Shawshank Redemption to me.

Probably one of the last people on here to see it, but I finally saw 'Avatar' last night. I thought it was pretty good. It had quite a few characteristics about oppression from several movies I've seen before. I thought they did a great job with the animation.

Just watched [IMG] tonight. It was pretty cool, I liked the fact that it took place in late 19th century England, as opposed to modern day.

Finally saw The Blind Side a week or so ago. I know, I know...I'm way late to the party. But, I just don't go to the movies anymore, nor do I rent them.

Anyhow, if by any chance there's another person on the planet who hasn't seen it yet, I highly recommend it. Great story. Bullock looked amazing and acted brilliantly. Great supporting roles by McGraw and Bates too. The young man that played the part of Michael Orr was also quite good.

Saw it last night. Great 'Zombie' flick but with an awesome interpretation. We 'knew' the zombies, making it very personal.

I just got done watching Gran Torino tonight and it was a touching movie that made me laugh and cry. Fantastic.

i saw Gomorra which is a pretty realistic portrayal of real mob life, though in Italy. It isnt the overly dramtic, romantic Hollywood type of over the top stuff like Godfather though

Saw Toy Story 3 and thought it was great , went with my daughter who is 20 and msdolfan22 and we all enjoyed. Not only a kid movie to be sure.

We also saw Get Him To The Greek , which was good , not great. Russell Brand is very watchable and I think Jonah Hill is tres funny. Sean Puff Daddy was actually good as well , nice surprise.

We have a second run movie theater here , they have 2 locations and show multiple movies for almost free. Three dollars is full price , you can print coupons online for a discount and Tuesdays are discount days.

We term ok movies as a good cheap movie , and wait till they get there to see them. Toy Story , Inception will be regular movies , as they are worth full price.

Greek was a borderline regular movie , probably if we didn't want a little night out , it would have been deemed not up to our full price grade.
