    Vendors with critical violations: 100%

Inspection report excerpt: Several violations addressed dirty countertops, utensils and equipment. Although every report indicated a critical violation, all vendors met basic inspection standards to keep operating.

    Seriously WTF???
What's the point of calling something a "critical violation" if having "critical violations" isn't enough to have the health inspectors close down a rat hole?

How many people do you have to kill before you get a restaurant shut down in Florida? Obviously the number is fairly high.

I saw this on my local news here in Toronto last night.

One person, his face blacked out said that one employee cut himself and bled into the cooking soup, and felt it sufficient enough to take a soup spoon full (forgot the term they used) off the top and continued to cook.

Ewwww. Sometimes it is better to not know what you are eating huh? McDonald's anyone?
