I am watching the Jets -v- Giants and just prior to the start JT was walking around looking like he was going to cry. Seriously he looks very sad...

I'm sure he was also sad when Parcells offered him a contract extension on a sticky note.

Yeah he did look really sad. It was the same look he had in DC. In HK his wife asked him, "dont u like it here in NY ". Maybe she is the one that put him up to it. HE IS A DOLPHIN and he knows it

Taylor hasn't cared about the Dolphins since about 2006. He's in it for himself at this point. The guy currently calling himself Jason Taylor at the end of this decade is not the same Jason Taylor from the beginning of this decade.

I don't think his wife has anything to do with this, other than being along for the ride in a town with plenty of boutiques. JT was offered a contract extension, whined about the format it came in, and left to play for the Jets.

thats New York in a nutshell....that was awesome...

Fireman Fool...sit down you clown...you impress nobody, and certainly not the young 20 year old that just punked you off, as you stood there looking around for someone to save you.....

ohh and JT looks like Benedict Arnold to me....

ArmandoSalguero - Jets starters STILL in the game vs. opponent backups. They perfected that strategy in final two games of 2009 regular season vs Indy & Cincy

JT can still get redemption when he lets the Dolphins score in a critical game vs the Jets.

He could be a double agent.......something for Jet fans to think about.........:wink2:

Cris Carter flat out dropped the winning TD against the Vikings back in the day.

It happens and JT just might gift wrap something for us this season.

JT interview in the 4th qtr: what a phony transparent creep this guy is. For 12 years he was a JETS trash talker and now he has to swallow his ENORMOUS pride and try to convince everyone that he likes it up there. What a freakin stooge. Maybe he's getting a head start on his acting career a little early.

If he likes it up there so much let him retire a JET and we'll see how fast his act melts.

Where are you coming from?? Are you implying that he was being phony when he was talking that **** about the Jets for all those years? He clearly wasn't and his decision to go there is more of an indictment of his desire to receive a fair market pay for his services. Why should he continue to discount his services for the team that clearly has no loyalty for him? I know i'd feel like a ****ing boob if my employer was paying me less then I would be payed somewhere else. Just lay off JT already.

Including what the Jets are paying him. He turned us down, and then a few months later when we had moved on, and he wanted back on our team, we told him to ****off, and then the Jets stepped in with a discount rate, one we weren't even going to pay by that time. So he made his bed and now he gets to wallow in the pigsty he lives in now in NYC.

I agree. No 1 day contracts, he chose to end his career playing for the Jets let him retire as one. He should feel lucky if they let him in the ring of honor at Dolphin's Stadium.

He could, but would have to do so in a way that appears so, or one that at least brings into question the possibillity he did, while at the same time making sure to avoid looking like he simply got beat, or whats left of his otherwise depleted world, would quickly cave in around him altogether.

Dolphans would revel in his pathetic defeat, while he consequently would become the embarrassment of his new team, with no recourse but to accept his self-made hell on earth, as the worst of both worlds.

His options narrowed when he chose that northern locale, I'm not so sure he left himself much of a bridge to come back. I missed that game, but I can envision his expression.

It's a look of having no bridge to stand on, or for that matter even a place to stand.
