Good Miami gets to pound him in Week 2.....what an attention whore, I swear.....I can't wait to see Miami get a shot at him..

NFL Network's Scott Hanson reports that Brett Favre is on an airplane heading North, presumably to Minneapolis, on Tuesday afternoon.

Per FoxSports' Jay Glazer, Favre has told the recruiting party of Jared Allen, Steve Hutchinson, and Ryan Longwell that he is "back in." He must have received a positive report from Dr. James Andrews last week. Favre's apparent decision to rejoin the Vikes comes exactly one year from the day that coach Brad Childress picked him up from the airport and chauffeured him to Vikings headquarters. He'll be under center against the Saints in the NFL opener.

I will never hate an athlete more than I hate Brett Favre.

God I am praying hard for a GB/MIN NFC Championship game where GB completely dominated.

Only problem is Favre completely bent GB over last year and had his way with them. This year could be different so who knows

Wow Favre has retired and unretired once this year already, just remember there's always tomorrow too. But seriously this guy has single handily destroyed his own legacy, when he does go into Canton he won't be remembered as a truly great QB but rather a media drama queen who waffled more than waffles.

People maybe scared of him, but I am not.....Favre is like a little kid in a candy shop, he just cant help himself....eventually he is going to make mistakes...

hahahaha part of me thinks the only reason he came back was because of that beating Miami threw on him to go to the playoffs....hahahah okay I am being full of it...:shifty:

Haha drafted him in 15th round of fantasy football just in case this happened, now should end up with a good player when someone needs a qb lol

I'll be disappointed if we don't rack up an INT or two against Favre.

Sean Smith with his first career regular season interception!

PS thanks again for joining the Jets in 2008 Favre and giving the Dolphins their most memorable season of the last decade.

We will be cheering for Favre to beat his other former team, the Jets! No matter how much he can annoy us.[partially the media fault]. And of course the Patriots I'd love for him to have a big game against them as well.

Wow, so much hate for Favre.

I'm personally impartial. No one is bigger than the team, that's true, but he's also old as hell, and was TOTALLY beat up by the end of last season. I have no problem with him missing camp if his coach doesn't care. IMO we all knew he was coming back, and as long as he was upfront with the Vikes (and it's the general feeling up here that he was) then I don't care what he does.

Fact of the matter is he got pad 11 million dollars to play the most prolific position in America's biggest sport. He took his team deep into the playoffs, and is coming off of a Pro Bowl season. He can and should keep playing as long as he can, and is relevant.
