Ok, I know that is not the title of this article but I want to highlight this part of it. Feel free to read the rest of it because it is really good. http://blogs.sun-sentinel.com/sport...sweblog+(Miami+Dolphins+|+Sun-Sentinel+Blogs)
Yeah, CP is a big help but I'm impressed with Brandon's answers more and more. It isn't the egotism you see when T.O. answers a question. It is like he already put the thought into what he's saying. Seems like a cerebral guy... Always seems to have a really good answer.
I hope Penny retires a Dolphin, then Jason Who? can retire a Jet. I hope Penny stays around at least another year after this season. I would love to see Penny get a SB ring season after this one. This year would be even better but I think we've still got some pieces that need polishing this season.
'' Well like I said, it’s good when you take the positive from it like Vontae (Davis). Every day we’re going out there and competing. Every day he wants to prove to me and to our teammates that he can shut me down. There’s, what’s the word…I guess I’m supposed to be a good receiver. It gives him an edge on other receivers. It gives him a confidence when he does great against me. Every day he’s out to prove one thing, that he can shut me down and our other receivers in our room. So it’s exciting to see that our young corners are getting better and they’re taking advantage of this opportunity.” Diva my ***...I like the way he speaks humbly when talking about himself. VD is gonna be a star in this league.
It would be hard to blame Pennington if he retired a Jet. Unless he goes on to be a significant part of some more playoff runs or superbowl in Miami. Which would be bittersweet, because it would mean Henne either couldn't cut it or was injured. As for now, I'm just happy to have that head full of knowledge hanging out on our sidelines. And the great thing is, he'll actually be ALLOWED on the sidelines this year.
What makes you say that? He was treated as well as New York could have possibly treated him. And lauded as much as folks in New Jersey can praise.
