It helped a bit that the Jets kept their starters long after the Giants did.

When they were both in at the same time, the Jets dominated.

When the Giants backups came out, the Jets had the lead.

I saw the Jets offense score one TD and give up one TD. Other than that they moved the ball well but had to settle for FGs in the redzone. If I were a Jet fan I might be hopeful in that the run offense might not have lost as much as feared and that the defense should still be good, but I'd also be concerned that Sanchez, while improving may need another year to shake his propensity for INTs and b/c it appears the Jets have no depth.

So basically you guys are hoping and praying no one gets injured?

Seriously though, the Jets will field a very good team this year barring injuries. But from just the first look on that game, they're going to slump hard if the injuries start building up into the year.

yeah, i dont know where these jest fans and coach fat *** are coming up with their, "our ones dominated their ones" crap. it was 13-10, but both teams had issues on both sides of the ball, and if Eli didn't run into Jacobs, itd have been 14-13.

I have never seen more complex play calling in a preseason game. Way to keep it vanilla jests. guys are safety blitzing and sending the house the ENTIRE GAME! suuure it was only a preseason game.

I don't understand how being confident makes you good? All of Rex's confidence is really just added pressure to his players.

I'm about as scared of the Jets as Ryan is a scale. Sanchez is NOT an NFL QB. He has talent but he lacks the smarts. Its funny, on the HBO show a bunch of the players were dogging Mcknight for being from USC saying he was from a soft program, uh...Sanchez is from that same program.

Now before the Jets fans come in here, let me point out Henne's throws were on the money last week, is it his fault no one could catch a cold? And the field conditions were awful, now what's Sanchez's excuse?

In his defense, he is thinking like a Jets fan.

True...in fact I think if he reads your post he'll want to know why you've changed the subject to offering money to a hooker.
