I just see it as a better deal for the team long term. That way you can keep Thigpen as the #2. Pennington doesnt have much left in the tank. I just feel like were putting him out there, with short, quick passes to show him off to try and move him. He's got the least amount of foreseeable potential for this team. Call me crazy, sure, but I just think it might happen if we can find a partner.
Clearly they are our biggest weakness at this point. Above and beyond anything, or anyone else at this point. Its really discouraging moving forward. If they cant block well in the preseason, the regular season is going to be alot worse I fear. They better get it together.

I'm sorry man, but Henne is in no way head and shoulders better than Pennington. He has a better arm but thats it at this point.
