Eh, probably not, Crayton is a good player but it wouldn't be worth losing Moore to sign him..now if it came down to Crayton V Turner or Wallace, then it would be a tougher call.

Everything I've read says he's requesting a trade or release. Nothing on an actual decision being made.

We could try and claim him, but there's no guarantee we would get him. At 31, he might be viewed as a progress stopper. But the main reason he wants out is because he wants more playing time. Would he get that here?

I was thinking for punt returns as he did have 2 tds last year.Bess has no speed to be a punt returner.

With the way Hartline has looked this preseason, and with the trading of Camarillo away, it may be a nice insurance policy.

I don't know whats up with hartline, hopefully he will find his hands when the season starts.
The only question is who do release to pick him up?

he's not going to get the playing time he wants with us. In Dallas he's behind Miles, Dez, and Roy. Here he would be behind Brandon, Brian, and Davone

One Wr you don't cut is Moore, and of course the other top three. Not even sure I'd want to let go of Wallace ...

The agent for Patrick Crayton will request the Cowboys release his client prior to Saturday's deadline for final cuts.

"It seems he doesn't figure in their plans so it's not logical to be on the roster until Saturday," agent Fred Lyles said. "We don't see the use in prolonging it." Still an efficient slot receiver with return value, Crayton will appeal to a number of teams as a free agent. He will not be targeted as a starter.

I would absolutely make a run at him or Sam Hurd.

As big an ego as Brandon Marshall (maybe bigger) and yet half the talent.

Imo YES. Im Hartline's #1 fan, but i'd put Crayton in over him. Especially with the ST talents he brings.

If it came down to cutting a receiver i'd be in favor of cutting Moore unfortunatly. I think you can find another try hard speedster like Moore down the line.

Wallace looks impressive as hell to me, with enormous growth potential. He's agressive with size. I jumped out my chair on that TD catch to his back shoulder. Made my night, imo, seeing him make this team.

I could see him challenging Hartline for the #2 spot and he is a returner...The real question is how well did he get along with the Tuna...he didn't start for the Tuna when he was there...

    Miami...:shifty:

The Charger's labor problems are creating issues, apparently with VJax and McNeil out, they will change their offense to hit on more underneath stuff.

    Smith is reportedly asking for a 2nd in 011 and a 3rd in 012.

Pick up Crayton in your fantasy league. He will put up numbers in SD with no V-Jax
