Mike & Mike were having this serious discussion this morning with Merrill Hodge and they all agreed that "Right now, Sanchez is just an average quarterback" as if he had been a great QB. My response: "Who's BELOW average if he's not? Jamarcus is out of the league now."

Will say this, I'm glad the Phins won their first game or it would be Jest fans tuning in to chuckle at "us".

It is bad enough some folks were whining "because we only won by 5 pts" compare that to a 1 pt Jest loss and gain some perspective.

Hope all the Jets fans enjoyed coming out to the game last night. Nice way to start off in your new stadium. Jets might have a solid defense but that's not going to help when they are last in offense.

I don't see them beating the Pats this week either, tbh. I think the Pats are as sick as anyone else is with all the Jets talk. I am completely fine with the Pats going 2-0 and putting the Jets 0-2. If we can go out and whoop on the Jets in our home opener and make the Jets 0-3 I can see a lot of people calling the radio in NY talking about suicide. Hopefully Fireman Ed retires.

Rex Ryan Quotes before last nights game: "I don't like the word concerns, we have no concerns." "If we win the turnover battle, we can't lose." Yes, he actually said those things. They won the turnover battle and still lost, and have PLENTY of concerns.

Mike Francesca on WFAN is ripping them for that right now. Even the Super Bowl Champion Saints know that they have some concerns. He's ripping them for being undisciplined as well. I love it.

Let's not get too crazy though, we don't want to jinx the Dolphins week 3. That's what the Jets have been doing to themselves all offseason.

 

True, we're just laughing at the Jets. Still though, Dolphins better bring their A game! I'm confident that they will. Dansby will go Ray Lewis on them.
