They are blaming the OC so much that they are talking about Sanchez calling the plays, even comparing him to P.Manning http://www.jetnation.com/forums/index.php?/topic/91863-why-dont-we-let-sanchez-call-the-plays/ Cant wait till wk3
LMAO That'll be fun to see who they blame after a kid who barely knows the playbook is seen using a stick to draw up plays in the grass at NE. Maybe they'll blame Fireman for being too much of a distraction. Or the fact that their green uniforms are "camouflaged" by the field. Peyton Manning could've had Ray Charles calling plays and he still would've been successful..... however, Sanchez makes it seem as though Ray IS calling them (or insert any known living blind person).
Man, if NE beats them in NY...back to back HOME Losses to open "THE" season...in NEW GIANT STADIUM....it doesnt get better than that.
My favorite reply to a post: View Postbitonti, on 15 September 2010 - 06:54 AM, said: watching the game very closely... mark was using audibles quite a bit. So in a sense he is calling his own plays. It's like watching an autistic kid play with a loaded handgun.
I hope the Jets beat the Pats. Seems like crazy talk almost but we have to keep on pace here folks. Let them get back on the high horse. NE has the Bills at home in wk 3 that is a win for them we all hate the Jets of course but lets think about proper perspective.
I'm hoping for a sink hole leading to the magma core of the earth to open up in the middle of the stadium swallowing both teams along with Fireman Ed. How's that for proper perspective?
Or, week 4 we beat NE at home to take a 1 game lead in the rankings. I'd much rather have our team dictate their fate, not hoping for other teams to lose.
Of course but the Jets are playing the Pats and we can't control that. I think we have a better shot beating the Jets thus I'd like to see NE get beat. Our game has nothing to do with the outcome between the Pats and Jets. I am saying all of this in the hopes we take care of business. If we lose the next three and NE wins the next three we are in a big hole. I hope the Jets beat the Pats this week. Get it?
I think we have an equal shot at beating both teams. Against the Jets, we ran over them pretty well in the first game, and in the second capitalized on their mistakes. Our defense appears to be much better as well. With the Pats, their running game is non-existent, so if we can minimize the big plays through the air I think we can run the ball on them effectively and make plays in the passing game. I expect a split with New England and AT WORST a split with the Jets.
