When I was in the military (army) after basic training you attend AIT. Basically job training. Anywhos...we use to get absolutely **** faced..come back to the barraks and i'd have a good buddy of mine (a medic) hook me up with an IV with some fluids...come PT in the morning i felt like i had 10 hours of sleep on a cloud.
Wow, quite a statement considering the fact that Sparano and the staff view IAK differently than you seem to. Care to expound on that ?? I personally haven't seen a huge difference twixt the two in their PS play, although Misi probably gets a bump because he was drafted so high, but what exactly have you seen that makes Misi so 'head and shoulders' above IAK ??
Tough call... Misi proved himself in the game, but then again this week you have Shiancoe and that monster TE Kleinsasser on the edge. If Ike is available you are gonna need him regardless and he is definitely more physical at the point of attack. We should start the game with a 4-3 look, Big package. At least if they start with a two TE set, which I could see happening. Soliai, Starks, Langford and McDaniels or one OLB with a hand in the turf.
But we need him. Whether he starts or not is not really important. KM will get his reps, to be sure, but this is a long season. We are going to need IAF to play, and play well. Esp with a team that can run as well as the Vikes.
A stomach virus is always fun, there's nothing quite like planning your funeral while sitting on the porcelin throne.
Totally disagree... not against the Vikes. Setting the edge is priority #1, #2, and #3 this week in stopping Peterson...
The fact that misi stepped in and played a good game proves that we have more depth on this D than most people think.
misis motor is running like a mad man ever snap he gets, he is on the t.v. screen either making a tackle or in the mix on damn near every play and thats what we need against minnesota... and being a friend of his, I talked to him on tuesday morning and told him to make favres post game interview his retirement speech as well haha
Padre have you ever read ROMO he talked about trauma 4 iv's like they were candy lol. Pretty good book though. Alot of nutrition and health stuff players go through with a bit of Romanowski *** kicking lol.
Nah, I'm not a huge fan of football books, to me the season is so compact and football such a team effort they never really appealed to me.
He is on El Sid's show weekly, I like him but kinda fear for him as all of the concussions are beginning to take a toll on his life. Two things I'll not blame a professional athlete for: -Taking the money -Retiring early. Two things I'll always hold against an athlete -Jerking around Fans -Not giving 100%
