Everyone is looking at how bad the Bills' defense is. But no one is talking about how bad the Patriots defense is. Buffalo's offense is pretty pathetic, but they're actually having a pretty decent game against NE's defense. That's actually encouraging to me as we look at tonight's game. In other words, IMO the Pat's D helped Sanchez look good. Our defense seems to be much, much better than NE's.
Dez Bryant is exactly what some of us said, A true bad ***..what a player... what a 3 receiver set.. are the bills up, my adthtv is not workin today
Man back in the day they always showed games that affected your teams. I.e. you got almost all the AFCE games during the season. This sucks getting forced to watch meaningless games locally.
Fair point, but couldn't something similar be said? Like NE was limited to 14 points by the Jets D and yet NE is piling up yards/points on that great Buffalo defense
I am not impressed with Chan Gailey's coaching moves, he doesn't seem to have a feel for the game. That missed FG was a good example.
Funny thing is, the Bills just are not going belly up in this game. Roscoe Parrish with the nice reception down to the NE 23. Totally different team with Fitzy at Qb.
New England may have the worst defense in the NFL. 28 points given up to sanchize. a ton of activity by the bills...crazy. all you need is an early jump on them, and beat them up on O, and they should be easy to neutralize.
I've been saying the same thing since they were blown out at home by the Ravens. These aren't "the Patriots" they are "the Pastriots".
I'm watching the Pasts trying to run the ball and it is not very impressive. Of course the announcers are kissing their butt, however the Bills are playing mostly nickel defense and the Pasts just are gaining maybe 4 ypa on a nickel D. Sebastian Vollmer is out.
Wow they let Buffalo score 23?? I am feeling much more confident about our Monday Night game against them.
Not against the D, no pressure on Brady, cannot anchor against the run, cannot even blitz effectively. They look very much like Paul Pasqualoni's 08-09 Defenses without Taylor or Porter to provide a passrush.
I'm stuck with the f'ing Giants game. What is Buffalo's defense not doing that they did against you guys?
Not winning matches upfront, not generating any pressure. Here is an example of Gailey's lack of feel: Pasts in the nickel, but they are running draws with Lynch, why wouldn't you run them with Spiller who is far more explosive?
What a horrible throw. I have learned something today, the Patriots defense is not good. Not good at all. Remember week one when they dominated the Bengals on defense and everyone said "their defense is back, they learned from last year and took their lumps". Bull ****. The Bills have dominated them at times on offense today. Learned a few other things today... The Chiefs are either for real or the 49ers are REALLY bad. The Saints' offense is not the same as it was last year.
