That looked like the standard JT big play celebration to me. Didnt see any taunting.

 

I did enjoy the Bronx cheer he got in return.

 

Who cares? Jake's been handling him all night. He got around our FB for a sack. Big deal.

I Apologize to You All For Defending JT

I'm sorry. I'm sorry for defending Jason Taylor. I'm sorry for saying mean things about my friends on these boards for saying mean things about JT. I guess I'm just a guy who's too loyal. But when I saw Rex dumping Gatorade on JT, I wanted to puke/cry/kill all at the same time.

Jason Taylor is finally dead to me. It took me a while to catch up with yall. You were right. I was wrong. I'm sorry.

He didn't act any differently than he did when he was playing for us against the Jets. I've got no issue with Taylor playing for the Jets. An earlier poster mentioned this anywho--Jake Long owned him all night long.

I love Jason Taylor, and I can't believe I just said that.

 

JT was the last thing on my mind but yeah that sucked. It also sucked that he had more sacks than our entire team. And it was only one.

 

we would have had multiple sacks if it weren't for their multiple holds.

 

I knew he would show he true loyalty tonight (which is he has none to the Dolphins). He can rot in hell and should NEVER be on the Dolphins Roll of Honor, he has DISHONORED his years as a Dolphin for even thinking about putting on that puke Jets uniform. By actually wearing it, he is now enemy for life. I swear if I ever saw him at a restaurant I would throw something at him.

 

Listen I hate JT is a JET Honestly, But what I hate more is this front office's inability to try and work something out. JT is a talent and tonight as well as last weekend showed he can still play and this team needs more talent..

I'd much rather have the young talent we have now on defense for years to come, as opposed to an old primadonna who has a year or two left. Great for us while he was here, and I appreciate that. But he's gone now. It is what it is. Whatever. I don't miss him. Zach on the other hand... different story all together.

 

To be quite honest, the gaterade and his little dance celebration hurt worse then this loss does.

 

We offered him two contracts last year, he turned both them down.

i always said that even though he was (understandably) upset at our f.o., that dolphin fans had nothing to do with it. it makes me appreciate zach thomas that much more, if anything. he never took it out on us.

His sack celebration was as much an F-U to Parcells as it was the competitor in him. He's getting booed heavily. What do you expect?

I have nothing against Jason Taylor. He wanted to go somewhere where he would get paid and be able to play. Those two things weren't going to line up for him in Miami. It sucks that the only team that wanted him was the Jets. But he had to make that decision. Yes, he doesn't like Parcells but he still loves the Dolphins and the fans. You can clearly tell by his interviews. So what, he celebrated after getting a sack? You would too. So what he wanted to win the game? You would too. Don't blame the man that was a Dolphins hero for more than a decade for having to deal with the business aspect of the game.

 

Maybe JT should get a JETS tramp stamp now.

 

Good for you, none of us said we didn't undestand him wanting to go play and get paid, simply put, it was a knife in the fans back to go to the Jests. I could care less if he still loves the fans or Miami. He is wearing puke green and until he takes that off I will rag, hate, spit, boo, shout, scream, and loathe him evey day. There are some lines that someone should not cross, he did IMHO, so &*%# him, &*%# Jests fans.

As a side note, even after he leaves the Jests, it will be a long while before I am receptive to him returning to retire as a Dolphin, to me, he blongs on the "Ring of Shame"

Yeah it's one thing to celebrate a sack it's a complete other thing to do your sack celebration that you always did as a dolphin. It was a blatant slap in the face to our organization, our team, and our fans.

Let's face it JT had the opportunity to be a dolphin. I biched out because he is old and ran to the NYJ to try and get a ring before his career is over. That to me shows he has no integrity and deservers no respect what so ever. He can retire a f'ing jet for all I care. He is the definition of classless.
